Competition - Terms and Conditions
AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS ONLY
Win 2 nights accomodation for two people in Pemberton. The accomodation is a self catering studio for two people at Foragers (https://www.foragers.com.au/). Flights will be provided if the winner is outside of Western Australia. Expenses for fuel or car hire will be covered from Perth to Pemberton to the value of $300 (to be reimbursed on provision of receipts). The prize must be used between October 2017 and March 2018. Booking dates will be subject to availability.
Spot prizes will be awarded to selected entrants throughout the competition period (10th May to 31st August). This will be conducted entirely at the discretion of Fruit West Cooperative Ltd.
All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. Entrants must warrant that the photograph they are submitting is their own work and that they own the copyright for it.
Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the Competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to Fruit West Cooperative Ltd to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of their social media accounts, their websites and/or in any promotional material connected to this competition.
The winning entry will be that that is judged to be the most visually appealing, original and self-explanatory. The winner will be notified within fourteen days of the closing date of the competition (closing date: 31 August 2017).

1 The promoter is Fruit West Cooperative Ltd, PO Box 7198 Karawara, WA 6152
2 Entry is open to INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK users, with the exception of Fruit West Cooperative Ltd employees, family and friends. Fruit West Cooperative Ltd will recognise competition entry submissions through these mediums only. The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
3 Promotion commences on 10/05/2017 at 7am AWST until 31/08/2017 11:59pm AWST.
4 To enter, eligible individuals must be part of the Instagram or Facebook network. An entry will be acknowledged when:
a Fruit West Cooperative Ltd official BravoTM Instagram or Facebook account is followed (@bravoapples Instagram or @bravoapplesofficial on Facebook)
b The entrant posts a bespoke image on Facebook or Instagram, @bravoapples is tagged on Instagram or @bravoapplesofficial on Facebook, and hashtag #BiteYourBravo is used between 10/05/2017 and 31/08/2017.
c The entrant permits Fruit West Cooperative Ltd to share the image/s posted with full credit given to the entrants social media account.
5 The prize pool of this promotion is 1 prize of two nights accomodation for two people at Foragers including flights if the winner is outside of WA, expenses for fuel or car hire to the value of $300 (reimbursed within 1 week on provision of receipts to Fruit West Cooperative Ltd). There will also be spot prizes awarded at the discretion of Fruit West Cooperative Ltd.
6 Fruit West Cooperative Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Fruit West Cooperative Ltd has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Fruit West Cooperative Ltd to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Fruit West Cooperative Ltd legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
7 Users can enter multiple times (including both Facebook and Instagram posts); and the winner will be selected within 14 days of the close of the competition.
8 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Fruit West Cooperative Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
9 The winner will be chosen within 14 day of the end of the competition (closes 31st August) and the winner will be contacted within two business days via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Messenger. The winner will be asked to provide their full contact details including postal address and phone number.
10 The winner will be announced on INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK during September 2017 via a public post on the official Bravo INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK accounts.
a Entrants may choose to unlike the Bravo INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK account at any time; however, entrants must follow at time of the winner being notified in order to redeem the prize. Should the entrants not be a Follower of the Bravo INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK account at time of the winner being notified, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be drawn.If for any reason a winner does not respond within 3 months, then the prize will be forfeited; and another winning entry will be drawn. The draw will take place on 1/9/2017 at 10am AWST and the unclaimed winner will be notified by being tagged directly in a public post on the official Bravo INSTAGRAM and FACEBOOK account.
11 No cash can be redeemed from the prize amount (except for reimbursement for car hire or fuel).
12 Entrants consent to Fruit West Cooperative Ltd using their INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK account name in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of announcing the winning entry, promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting Bravo apples.
13 If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Fruit West Cooperative Ltd, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Fruit West Cooperative Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify an entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
14 Prize will be arranged with the confirmed winner within 1 month of the competition closing and a successful entrant being notified.
