Participants must visit the Station Website during the Competition Period, locate the “My Music Lab” tab and follow the link to the survey page, fully complete the “My Music Lab” online music survey, complete an online entry form, including by providing their name, address, contact number and email address.
All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be placed into the random electronic prize draws in accordance with the Draw Details and the selected entrants will be awarded either a Minor Prize or a Major Prize (depending upon the draw that the entrant has been selected in).*
All valid entries received prior to each Draw will be placed into that Draw and any subsequent Draws as listed in the Draw Details (whether those Draws are Major Prize Draws or Minor Prize Draws).
