By entering into the draw, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry and warrant they have read, understood and agree to be bound by them.
Eligibility and Entry to Promotion
Entry is open to all residents of Australia of any age. Owners, directors and staff of Associated Retailers Limited, Toyworld, their affiliates and their immediate families are ineligible to enter all online promotions conducted by Associated Retailers Limited. Immediate family includes spouses, de-facto spouses, parents, natural or adopted children or siblings and step children.
This promotion begins at 8.00am (AEDT) on the 23 November 2020 and closes at 6.00pm (AEDT) on the Monday 21 December.
It is a further condition of entry that Associated Retailers Limited has the right to publicise names of any entrant to the promotion or matter incidental to the promotion.
Entry to the promotion is free. To enter, entrants must, during the promotional period ‘like’ the Toyworld Australia (www. https://www.facebook.com/toyworldaustralia/) and click on the link and enter the requested details.Only one entry by registration via the promotion entry form page from each entrant will be accepted during promotion period.
All decisions of Associated Retailers Limited are final and cannot be contested and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
Entry into this competition automatically joins the entrant into the Toyworld Club.
Prizes
There are five (5) prizes of a $100 LEGO gift card and one (1) prize of a $500 LEGO gift card
The gift cards are redeemable at any Toyworld store (excluding Ceduna, Cootamundra, Exmouth, Narrabri and Thursday Island) throughout Australia or via the Toyworld Australia website (www.toyworld.com.au) and can only be used towards LEGO product.
Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Draw and Method of Draw
This is not a game of skill. The winning entry will be drawn from all entries received during the promotional period using a random electronic drawing system.
Entrants are not required to be present at the draw.
Prize Claims
Within 2 days of the draw, the prize winner will be notified via email to the email address used to enter the draw
Prize winners will nominate their preferred Toyworld store
If prize winners are not within 25km of a Toyworld store, other arrangements will be made to claim prizes
