Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 16 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this
Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the
prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who
consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of
the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the
prize (if applicable).
8. Maximum Number of Entries
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however, entrants may only win one (1) cash prize
and one (1) entry into the Major Prize draw per person during the Promotion Period.
9. Entry Method
Phone Entry
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) The Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period (as determined by
the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) for the opportunity to participate in a contesting
spot for the On Air Breakfast Challenge ‘Smarter Than Suze’; and
(b) From the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected by the
Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant) and will be invited to
appear on air in the relevant contesting spot.
On Air Breakfast Challenge
(a) The Promoter will have up to five (5) predetermined trivia questions for each contesting spot.
(b) The Selected Entrant will play first, while Susie O’Neill is in a sound proof booth.
(c) Both the Selected Entrant and Susie O’Neill will have thirty (30) seconds to answer up to five (5)
trivia questions. The Selected Entrant and Susie O’Neill will be timed when answering the trivia
questions.
(d) The Selected Entrant and Susie O’Neill can correct their answer prior to moving onto the next
question should they wish to do so.
(e) Once the Promoter moves onto the next question, the answer is locked in and cannot be
changed.
(f) If the Selected Entrant correctly answers more trivia questions than Susie O’Neill within the required
timeframe, the Selected Entrant will win a cash prize (value of the cash prize to be specified on-air
by the Promoter at the time of contesting).
(g) If the Selected Entrant and Susie O’Neill correctly answer the same number of questions, if the
Selected Entrant provided answers to all of the trivia questions asked of them in a faster time than
Susie O’Neill, the Selected Entrant will win a cash prize.
(h) In the event of a tie on the correct number of questions answered and time, the Selected Entrant
will win a cash prize.
(i) In the event that Susie O’Neill correctly answers more questions than the Selected Entrant, or
correctly answers the same amount of questions but provides answers to all of the trivia questions
asked of her in a faster time than the Selected Entrant, the Selected Entrant will not win a cash
prize, and the amount of cash that was available to be won as the cash prize in that contesting
spot may be added to the cash prize available to be won in the next available contesting spot
during the Promotion Period as specified by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
(j) For the avoidance of doubt, whether or not the cash prize ‘jackpots’ during the Promotion is at the
discretion of the Promoter.
(k) All valid entrants who participate in an On Air Breakfast Challenge of ‘Smarter Than Suze’
during the Promotion Period (regardless of whether they beat Susie O’Neill or win a cash
prize or not, will receive one (1) entry into the Major Prize draw.
For the avoidance of doubt the Selected Entrant will only win a cash prize if they successfully beat Susie
O’Neill in the On Air Breakfast Challenge (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute
discretion).
For the avoidance of doubt, once the Selected Entrant has won a cash prize, they will no longer be
deemed the Selected Entrant and the Promoter will start with a new cash prize amount for the next
available contesting spot.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, all spelling questions are based on the
Macquarie Dictionary of Australian-English (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter).
Whether a question is answered correctly or not will be determined by the Promoter in its sole
and absolute discretion.
Major Prize Draw
On Friday 1 December 2023, representatives of the Promoter will:
(a) conduct the Major Prize draw (in accordance with the Draw Details below);
(b) contact the Selected Entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the Major Prize draw on their
Personal Contact Number;
(c) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or
by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and awarded the Major Prize (in the absolute
and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(d) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c)
above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or
they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion)
contact the Selected Entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the relevant draw (in the
Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
(e) this process will be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in
accordance with clause (c) above and is awarded the Major Prize.
10. Entry Restrictions Guesses must be made on-air
Entrants may only submit guesses on-air as specified in the Entry Method. Guesses submitted in any
other way will be deemed invalid, as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
Entrant must answer a call live on-air to win
Each entrant must nominate a personal contact number, either a personal mobile number or home
phone number (and not a business number), to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number) and
each entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live
on-air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter
(on their Personal Contact Number) between the following timeframe (or such other time specified by
the Promoter) and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method:
8:00am AEST and 9:00am AEST on Friday 1 December 2023.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the
entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full
name and/or business name live on-air. Each entrant warrants that it has obtained all consents from
third parties to broadcast live on-air any information or names (including business names) in the
entrant’s voicemail message.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily
answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third
party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact
Number, that entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and
sole discretion.
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air
or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a prize
(where applicable).
Entrant must appear on-air
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants must appear on-air during the Promotion Period to be deemed a
winner and awarded a cash prize and receive one (1) entry into the Major Prize draw.
11. Draw Details
One (1) Major Prize draw will be conducted, as follows:
• Between 8am AEST Friday 1 December 2023 and 9am AEST Friday 1 December 2023 at the
Promoter’s premises.
The first valid entry drawn will be invited to appear on-air to be awarded the Major Prize in accordance
with Entry Method above.
12. Prize
Cash Prizes
There are up to 205 cash prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period, each comprising of:
A nominated cash amount between $100 - $5,000. Value of the cash prize available to be won by an
entrant in a particular contesting spot will be announced by the Promoter on-air at the time of
contesting.
Major Prize
There is one (1) Major Prize to be won comprising of:
One (1) x BMW X1 18i valued at up to AUD $69,500 (incl GST) inclusive of all statutory and on road costs,
registration, delivery/collection costs, CTP Insurance but does not include any additional insurance,
licence/s, other accessories, and any other ancillary costs not listed in this Prize section. Colour,
specifications, and exact model of vehicle will be at the discretion of the prize supplier and is subject to
availability.
Competition Terms and Conditions
Terms of Entry
1 Schedule and Terms of Entry
(a) These Terms of Entry must be read together with the Schedule
for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain terminology
used in these Terms of Entry. By entering the Promotion,
entrants accept these Terms of Entry.
(b) To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and
these Terms of Entry, the Schedule prevails. For the avoidance
of doubt, the Promoter’s General Terms of Entry (available on
the relevant Website) do not apply to this Promotion.
2 Eligible Entrants
(a) Eligible States and Territories. Entry is open only to residents of
the Eligible States and Territories specified in the Schedule
(refer to checked boxes) who comply with the Age
Restriction.
(b) Associated persons and entities. Directors, officers,

Valid Australian bank account
Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if the entrant is under 18 years of age) must have a valid
Australian bank account.
Australian driver’s licence is required
Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian if the entrant is under 18 years of age) must be the holder of a
current Australian driver’s licence.
If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal
guardian on behalf of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner's parent/legal guardian to prove
their parental status/legal guardianship at the time of the winner's announcement. The prize is not
transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
variation in the value of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no
representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prize.
Prize Supplier Form
Prize winner will be required to sign the prize supplier’s standard form vehicle sale and purchase
agreement (and/or any other agreement and paperwork provided by the prize supplier) in order to
redeem the prize.

18. Unclaimed Prize Draw
The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 4.30pm AEST Friday 1 March 2024 at the Promoter’s
premises.
19. Prize Delivery
The cash prize will be transferred to the winner's nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer
(or the nominated bank account of the winner's parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of
age).
The Promoter will provide the winner's details to the prize supplier to facilitate the delivery or pick-up of
the Major Prize.
