All references to times recorded throughout these Terms and Conditions are a reference to the local time AEST/AEDT (as applicable) in Sydney, New South Wales.To receive an automatic entry into a draw, individuals must purchase an Allianz Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy during the Promotional Period directly via the Allianz Website or Allianz Direct Contact Centre, excluding policies purchased or held with any Allianz Partners or intermediaries (“Eligible Policy”). For each Eligible Policy purchased directly via the Allianz website or Allianz Direct Contact Centre during the Promotional Period, individuals will receive one (1) entry into the draw. The policy will be deemed purchased when the Promoter receives full payment of the annual policy premium or the first instalment of premium if paying by the month. Polices cancelled or not renewed after the Promotional Period starts will be excluded.Individuals who already hold an existing Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy that was purchased directly via the Allianz website or Allianz Direct Contact Centre (excluding policies purchased or held with any Allianz Partners or intermediaries), prior to the Promotional Period will also receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw for each Eligible Policy they hold. Polices cancelled or not renewed after the Promotional Period starts will be excluded.For the purposes of this Promotion, an Eligible Policy is as follows:an Allianz Comprehensive Car Insurance policy.In the case of a single Eligible Policy which is held by multiple persons, only one (1) named policy holder may enter the draw. Any entry or attempted entry which is not properly associated with an Eligible Policy in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will cause all entries by that entrant to be deemed invalid. The Promoter may deem any entry invalid if it determines at its sole discretion that entries are not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence and policy) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250 on 16 October 2019 at 10am. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be notified in writing or by telephone within two (2) business days of the draw. The major prize winner, and any minor prize winners from ACT, will have their names published online at https://www.allianz.com.au from 25 October 2019. In the event the major prize winner is from South Australia, their name will also be published in The Australian on 25 October 2019.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.The first valid entry drawn will win the major prize prize, valued at up to $54,240.00 Major prize includes:Mazda CX-5 H Akera 2.5 L Turbo petrol with automatic transmission. Total value of the vehicle is up to $52,740.00 including registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State).Petrol, maintenance and servicing and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.The next one thousand and fourteen (1014) entries drawn will each win a minor prize of a $50 JB Hi Fi eGift Card:Winners must ensure they have provided a valid email address. The JB Hi-Fi eGift Card will be sent directly by JB Hi-Fi to the email address provided when purchasing / or already purchased an Eligible Policy.Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the eGift Card are not included.
