WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is open to residents of Australia who have a valid email address (“Eligible Entrant”). Any entrant who is under the age of 18 years must have their parent or guardian’s permission to enter the promotion. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion starts at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Monday 2 June 2014 & closes at 11.59pm AEST on Sunday 13 July 2014 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
Participation in the promotion requires an eligible purchase of a PRO PLAN dog or cat food product from a participating pet specialty retailer where the promotion is advertised and displayed in-store* of a product from the following product ranges and pack sizes:
    PRO PLAN Dry Dog Food (12kg, 15kg, 18kg, 20kg bags); or
    PRO PLAN Dry Cat Food (3kg, 3.6kg, 7.5kg bags)
*Petbarn customers will be invited to enter an exclusive Petbarn promotion planned for August~September 2014.
To enter, make an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period then visit www.purina.com.au/proplanwin find the ”Win a Mazda CX5” link and follow the prompts to submit your entry, including completing your contact details including a valid email address, the survey questions and providing details about your Eligible Purchase.
PRIZE:
Major prize is valued at up to $41,000 recommended retail price (“RRP”) and is:
    A Mazda CX5, 5-seat SUV, Maxx Sport FWD, 2.0L I4 Petrol FWD, 6-speed automatic valued at $36,000 based on recommended retail price, including all compulsory insurance and on-road costs, (which may vary between States & Territories) and a full tank of petrol. Additional insurance, options and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability. The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Mazda dealership.
    The winner may also choose the option to have their prize customised with a removable vinyl wrap featuring an image of their pet in a design determined by the winner if they provide a suitable image of their pet. This option must be notified to the Promoter by no later than close of business on Monday 21 July 2014. A winner who chooses this option may expect their prize to take an additional 8 weeks to deliver after they provide a suitable image of their pet to the Promoter. The option for the application of the vinyl wrap is valued at up to $5,000. For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner elects not to receive the vinyl wrap when their prize is delivered then the additional cost will not be converted to cash or awarded in any other way.
    If the major prize winner is, through any legal incapacity or is otherwise unable to take delivery of, or register, the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the prize to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registering the vehicle. Such a request must be made in writing to the Promoter by no later than 5 business days of the winner being informed that they have won the prize. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee. The winner must provide the Promoter with certified copies of all required documentation as required by the Promoter before the car is awarded. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Minor prize is a Purina Pet Pamper Pack valued at $50 recommended retail price (“RRP”). There are a total of 100 minor prizes to be awarded as follows:
    Dog Pamper Pack includes a TOTAL CARE Treater, TOTAL CARE Dental Ring, TOTAL CARE Tuggerama, TOTAL CARE Tiny Tails, TOTAL CARE Tiny Tugs and KRAMAR Rubber Quirky Chicken Ball Green. There are 50 Dog Pet Pamper Pack prizes to be awarded.
