The benefitting organisation is the Baulkham Hills Headquarters Rural Fire Brigade (ABN 11 617 793 830). The benefitting organisation is a not-for-profit organisation.

Promotion Period
The Raffle starts at 12pm AEST on Friday, 01 May 2020. The Raffle closes at 12pm AEST on Wednesday, 26 August 2020. No entries will be accepted after this time.
Relevant States/Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, Tasmania, and Victoria, aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle.
Tickets cannot be purchased by committee members, staff, or contractors of Muragadi Heritage Indigenous Corporation or RaffleTix, or their immediate families, i.e. those living with them.
The Prize
First Prize is a McLaren 650s Spider (CP2016). Prize includes 12 months insurance, capped at $10,000, and transfers within Australia. The total prize value is $410,000.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Maximum number of tickets
82,000 tickets available for purchase at a cost of $25 each.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place on Friday, 28 August, 2020 at 5pm AEST at Fire Command and Control Centre, 1A Angus Road, Cnr Annangrove Rd, Kenthurst NSW 2156.
Draw Method: A numbered Raffle Ticket stub will be drawn at random from a barrel.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be contacted by phone and email and listed on this website and the Rural Fire Service, Muragadi Heritage Indigenous Corporation, and RaffleTix Facebook pages. Please check the website and the aforementioned Facebook pages for details.
Winner will be published in The Australian newspaper on Friday, 4 September 2020.
Prize Claim Date
Winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their Prize, except if the winner is from the ACT. In line with the ACT Gambling & Racing Commission legislation winners have 3 months to claim their Prize before the Prize is subject to a redraw. Winners are to email support@raffletix.com.au in order to claim their Prize.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes. If a Prize that has been won by an ACT participant remains unclaimed for 3 months after the draw date a redraw will be held. If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.

There is an agreement with RaffleTix (ABN 24 623 531 340) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
