“Eligible Entrants” must be: a. Over the age of 18 years; b. Residents of Australia; and c. The Primary Card holder of an American Express Card issued by American Express Australia Limited, and whose account(s) are in good standing. Exclusions apply to American Express Corporate Cards and American Express Business Cards. Supplementary Card Members and any Bank issued American Express Cards are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Salmat Digital Pty Limited, or CX Agency Lavender Pty. Ltd., and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The competition commences on Monday 15 August 2016 at 09:00 (AEST) and concludes on Sunday 11 September 2016 at 23:59 (AEST) (“Promotion Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To enter the draw Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period go to www.amexmore.com.au and enter their first name, last name, phone number and e- mail address as required on the competition entry form. Eligible Entrants can only submit one entry via the email registration page. Once the Eligible Entrant has submitted their entry via the email registration page, they will have the option to also enter via Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter for additional entries to the competition. Entry via each social channel equals one additional entry into the draw. Eligible Entrants can only enter once via each social channel. a. If entering via Facebook, Eligible Entrants must download a photo from the competition entry page and post it to the American Express Facebook page using the campaign hashtag #AmexMillions. The post must be set to ‘public’. b. If entering via Twitter, Eligible Entrants must download a photo from the competition entry page and post it to their Twitter profile using the campaign hashtag #AmexMillions. c. If entering via Instagram, Eligible Entrants must download a photo from the competition entry page and post it to their Instagram profile using the campaign hashtag #AmexMillions. For clarification there are a maximum number of 4 entries per Eligible Entrant, if they choose to enter via every available entry mechanism. Eligible Entrants must agree to these Terms and Conditions and to being contacted by the Promoter for the purposes of this competition. PRIZES: There will be four (4) prize winners. Four (4) Eligible Entrant’s entries will be randomly drawn to receive 1 million points, (equivalent to up to $27,875). The exact value of the prize is dependent on the winner’s rewards program. The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. American Express will send a direct message to the winner on the social media platform or e- mail address they selected to enter. The Winner must call American Express on the details provided on the direct message and their entry will be validated based on a. the winner is the true owner of the e-mail address or social media profile used to enter the competition; b. the winner is the Primary Card holder of an eligible American Express Card; and c. the winner’s account is in good standing. Once a winning entry is validated over the phone, 1 million points will be credited to the winner’s account within 10 business days. The points classification credited to the winner’s account will depend on the Card and rewards program that the winner is enrolled in: a. 1 million Membership Rewards points will be awarded if the winner holds a Card enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. b. 1 million Qantas Points will be awarded if the winner holds an American Express Qantas Card or if the winner is enrolled in the Qantas Direct program. c. 1 million Velocity Points will be awarded if the winner holds an American Express Velocity Card.
