WHO CAN ENTER?The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 13 years or older as at the time of entry; and (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations, or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (iii) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee. In this Competition, each M&M’S confectionery product available for purchase in a Big W retail outlet is a "Promotion Product".

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition entry opens at 9am on 30/06/16 and closes at 5pm on 03/08/16 ("Entry Period"). Unless otherwise indicated, all times and dates are times and dates in Melbourne which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date. Where times are stated using the 24 hour clock, 00:00 hrs is the start of a day and 24:00 hrs is the end of a day.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must first purchase two Promotion Products from any BIG W retail outlet anywhere in Australia in the same (one) transaction during the Entry Period (a “Qualifying Purchase”).
To submit an entry an entrant must use a compatible browser to visit www.m-ms.com.au ("Competition Website") and follow the directions there. For each entry, the entrant must provide:
(i) the last 6 digits of the barcode on the pack of each of the two Promotion Products being used to enter; and the receipt number of their Qualifying Purchase; and
(ii) all other details required at the Competition Website, including the entrant’s first and last names, postal address, contact telephone number and e-mail address.
Subject to the other conditions, an Eligible Entrant may enter the Competition once for every Qualifying Purchase that they make during the Entry Period. IMPORTANT: If more than two Qualifying Products are purchased in the same transaction, there is still only ONE Qualifying Purchase. Accordingly only ONE entry may be submitted based on that Qualifying Purchase transaction.
Entry can only be made by internet.
All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for, and will not compensate any entrant for, any late or misdirected entry or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
For each and every two Promotion Products that an entrant uses to submit an entry, he/she MUST retain: (i) the receipt that was issued (or a photocopy of it) from the purchase of the two Promotion Products that lists the Promotion Products as products purchased.
All entries to the Competition may be subject to verification by the Promoter. The Promoter may in its sole discretion, reimburse an entrant for any reasonable costs incurred in complying with this condition.
(i) An entrant MUST, within 7 days of being asked, deliver to the Promoter (by a means reasonably determined by the Promoter) all of the items which condition 10 requires the entrant to retain and which are requested by the Promoter. The Promoter may elect not to return those items.
(ii) An entrant MUST also deliver to the Promoter (by a means reasonably determined by the Promoter) copies of any other documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including evidence of age, residence or identity. The Promoter may make one or more requests for such documents. Once the identity of documents available is established, an entrant must deliver requested copies within 7 days of being asked to do so.
PRIZE:
The prize draw will be conducted at 12 noon on 05/08/16 at Prime Focus, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141.
The Eligible Entrant whose valid entry is the first valid entry drawn will win the Competition prize.
The prize is valued at a maximum of $30,248 (including GST) and comprises a 2016 MINI ONE motor vehicle RHD XN72, 3-cylinder 1.2 75 kW engine with an automatic transmission steptronic, in Blazing Red with Firework Carbon Black cloth interior (the “Vehicle”) Further details of the Vehicle are available at www.mini.com.au
The prize includes on road costs the maximum value of which will vary depending on the State or Territory in which the Vehicle is registered. The on road costs are dealer delivery and statutory government charges and one year’s registration (in the State or Territory in which the winner resides) and compulsory 3rd party personal insurance (CTP/TAC, etc) for private use.
