These shows were captured on a two-disc album titled Hot August Night, which went on to become one of his highest-selling albums of all time.
Hot August Night 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition is jam-packed with remastered versions of Diamond's biggest hits as well as three previously unreleased recordings. It also features plenty of stage banter from his 1972 tour that captures the magic of his live shows.
Neil Diamond has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame and is a recipient of the Sammy Cahn Lifetime Achievement Award. He’s also clocked up 13 Grammy nominations and has even won a Golden Globe Award.
