“Message on a Mug” Promotion
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
    By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is ACCO Australia Pty Ltd, PO Box 311, Rosebery NSW 1445, ABN: 16 000 265 047 (“the Promoter”).
    The Promotion commences at 11.01am AEST on 13 May 2014 and closes at 16.30pm AEST on 30 June 2014 (Promotion Period).
    Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
    To enter the Promotion, Entrants must “Like” the Marbig Facebook page at www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz/ then accurately complete an online entry form on the Marbig Facebook page, write their customised message on their mug on the entry form in 50 characters or less and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry). Once submitted, the Entry Image will be placed in a moderation queue. Once approved, the entry will be placed in a public voting gallery on www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz/ where members of the public will be able to vote on the Entry by clicking on the Entry’s Facebook “Like” button.
    Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
    No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
    The total Prize Pool is valued at $653.79. There are twenty one (21) Prizes in total – one (1) Judge’s Choice Prize and twenty (20) People’s Choice Prize. The Judge’s Choice Prize is valued at $353.99 and includes 1x DeLonghi Nespresso Citiz Capsule Coffee Machine (RRP $339) and 1 x Customised Mug (RRP $14.99). Each of the People’s Choice Prizes is valued at $14.99 and includes 1 x Customised Mug (RRP $14.99). Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. Please allow up to 30 days for the delivery of all prizes.
    Judging will take place on 3 July 2014 at 11:00am (AEST) at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The judges will select the Judge’s Choice Prize Winner, based on the creativity and originality of their entry. The judges will select the People’s Choice Winners, as the top 20 entries with the most votes at the end of the Promotion Period. Each Winner will be contacted via phone or email by 7 July 2014. The Winners will be announced on the Marbig Facebook page (www.facebook.com/MarbigBuzz/) by 10 July 2014.
    This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
    Users can vote (“Like”) each entry a maximum of one time per Facebook Profile during the Promotion Period. People found to be tampering with the voting mechanism will be disqualified from the competition at the Promoter’s discretion.
