Entry Restrictions Entrants must:
• be able to attend The Red Hot Summer Tour on 02 Feb 2019 at Roche Estate, Hunter Valley and, unless otherwise
specified, must make their own way to and from this event;
• be able to travel on 01 Feb 2019, returning 03 Feb 2019;
• be 18 years or older; and
• hold a full or provisional Australian drivers licence.
Relev ant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter once only. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must, during the Online Registration Period, visit a Website, register their details and answer all questions
specified by the Promoter at the point of entry, including answering the fifty (50) words or less the question and, if applicable,
nominating a friend or family member who they would like to receive the prize, and who complies with these conditions of entry
and has consented to participate in the competition (“Nominated Friend”).
Any Nominated Friend, must, if contacted by the Promoter, consent to participate in the competition in accordance with these
Conditions of entry to be eligible to receive the Major Prize.
At the end of the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will judge all entries in accordance with the Judging Details to
shortlist a number of Finalists. The Promoter will then contact each of the shortlisted Finalists, (and if applicable, the relevant
Finalists’ Nominated Friend) to verify their entries and eligibility in the competition.
The Promoter will then judge all Finalists to determine one (1) Major Prize winner.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

The vehicle element of the prize includes 12 months registration in winner’s state/territory of residence, 12 months 3rd party
compulsory insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery. The stated driveaway price of the Prize depends upon the winner and
their location. All optional extras and accessories, any other insurance not stated, fuel, personal costs and all ot her ancillary or
related costs are excluded. The winner must provide all information and sign all documentation necessary to enable the
Promoter to register the vehicle in the name of the winner prior to collection. Receipt of a Prize vehicle is subject to the winner
being able to lawfully take possession of the Prize vehicle and comply with all registration and compulsory third -party insurance
requirements of the state/territory in which the winner elects to register the Prize vehicle. Vehicles depicted in all promotional
material are not necessarily the same colour as the Prize vehicle. Unless otherwise specified, the Prize vehicle will be
available for collection from the dealership nominated by the Promoter.
The Red Hot Summer element of the prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the Prize
Provider. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the releva nt
providers. All costs associated with a travel pri ze which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional
spending money, passport and visa costs, additional transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other
ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. Unless otherwise specified, the winner and any travelling companion(s)
must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are
responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including
any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the
Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The
Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs
incurred by the winner or any travelling companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner
and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion(s)
are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter
makes no representations about the travel destination or government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
Notification of
Winners
Winner/s will be notified by phone at the time of/immediately after winning and in writing within 2 working days of being
determined.

If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the
prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

Arrangements
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method outlined
in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details, or to another valid entrant who subsequently enters this Promotion or another
Promotion conducted by the Promoter.
