2. Who is eligible to enter?

The Volcom X Nitro Snowboard Competition is open to individuals (Eligible Persons) who:
1. are citizens or permanent residents of Australia;
2. are at least 18* years of age at the commencement of the Competition Entry Period;
3. are not (and none of their immediate family or people they are living with are) employees, officers, directors or agents of Volcom Australia Pty Ltd. or any sponsor associated with the Competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin; or
3. How to Enter
In order to enter the Competition, individuals (an Entrant) must take the following steps during the competition period (11:59 p.m Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEDT) Wednesday 15th July 2020 – 11:59 p.m AEDT Wednesday 5th August 2020):

1. The Entrant will need to enter their first and last name as well as their email address, gender, phone number, state of residence and date of birth.
2. The entrant must agree to have read the Terms & Conditions of entry, and agree to join the Volcom Australia database to receive electronic communication.
3. To complete their entry, the Entrant will need to click “Continue”. After completing their entry, the entrant will be taken to another tab where he/she can gain more entries by entering with Facebook, by entering with Instagram and by entering by creating an account on Volcom.com.au.
4. The entrant can also gain extra entries by sharing the competition with their friends via Email, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn. Each time the Entrant shares the competition and a friend enters using the Entrant’s shared link, they will receive an additional entry into the competition.
5. Winner will be drawn through a random GLEAM email generator on Thursday 6th July 2020 at 11:59 a.m. Winner will be contacted via email.
6. Results will be published on our social account - @Volcom_oznz Instagram on Thursday 6th July 2020.
7. The selected grand prize winner will receive a grand prize which consists of the following: One (1) Nitro X Volcom Beast Snowboard, One (1) Single-Use AUD $500 Volcom.com.au Promotional Code (“Grand Prize”). Please note, the snowboard has been preselected and the grand prize winners will not have a selection to choose from. The total ARV (approximate retail value) in AUD dollars of all prizes awarded in this sweepstakes is $1,384.00. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value.
