WHO CAN ENTER?Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the prize between Sunday 12 November 2017 and Friday 17 November 2017 (Travel Dates).
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion begins at 5:30AM AEDT on Monday 3 October 2016.
Entries into the promotion close at 11:59PM AEDT on Sunday 16 October 2016.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age and answering in 25 words or less the question “Why do you deserve to feel free?” (Answer)
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with the Judging details below. The Judges will select the one (1) entry they deem to be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period and award those entrants a prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from NCL Corporation Ltd. and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to NCL Corporation Ltd. (including for the purposes of direct marketing). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from NCL Corporation Ltd. by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in NCL Corporation Ltd. communications sent to subscribers.
PRIZE:
There is one (1) prize to be won, as follows:
The winner will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) to Tasmania for 5 nights during the period Sunday 12 November 2017 to Friday 17 November 2017 (inclusive), valued at up to $3,000 (incl GST). The prize comprises of the following components:
- Two (2) Adult Tickets on the Norwegian Jewel 5-Day Tasmania Sampler Cruise from Sydney, Australia to Hobart Tasmania, Australia, departing Sunday 12 November 2017
- Five (5) Nights’ accommodation on the Norwegian Jewel Cruise in a Balcony Stateroom Double room, to be shared by the winner and their companion, between Sunday 12 November 2017 and Friday 17 November 2017
- Two (2) $100 account cards per person to spend on board the Norwegian Jewel Cruise
Vouchers are valid until the voucher expiry date as specified on the voucher or by the provider of the voucher. Vouchers are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the voucher.
