Terms & Conditions:
1.The competition closes at midnight Tuesday the 25th September 2012.
2.The prize will be drawn at Geelong Otway Tourism (Level 1, 48 Brougham Street, Geelong Victoria 3220) at 10am on Wednesday 25th September 2012.
3.The winner will be notified primarily by phone and email and their name will be published in the Herald Sun in the Geelong Advertiser on Friday 28th September 2012.
4.This competition is open to Australian residents only. A maximum of one entry per person will be accepted for the prize draw.
5.Employees of Geelong Otway Tourism, Mercure Hotel Geelong, Geelong Cats, DDG its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.
6.This prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be sold.
7.The prize does not include airport transfers at home destination, spending money, medical expenses, travel insurance, visas, items of a personal nature, meals and beverages unless stated, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize other than those specified. These costs are the responsibility of the winner.
8.The prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
9.The prize is for two people only and includes return economy class flights departing from your nearest Australian capital city. Travel for your prize should be completed by 30 September 2012. Tickets are non transferable. Flights must be taken together for all parties involved. Date changes are not permitted after booking. Tickets cannot be upgraded.
10.If for any reason a prize winner does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then that prize or that element of that prize will be forfeited.
11.If the winner of the Travel Prize is under the age of 18 years, the Travel Prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian and their parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner.
12.The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
13.Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All Entries become the property of the Promoter.
