This document outlines the rules and regulations for a sweepstakes held by Leelo Active, a company based in Australia. The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Australia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Leelo Active and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
To enter the sweepstakes, participants must sign up at the online sweepstakes page and submit an entry using the online form provided on the site. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Leelo Active. Participants may only enter once and may not use fraudulent methods to circumvent the rules.
The sweepstakes period begins on February 10, 2023, at 8:45 AM (GMT+10:00) Melbourne and ends on April 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM (GMT+10:00) Melbourne. The approximate retail value of all prizes is $1399, and the prizes include 1 x Pair of Apple AirPods Max (Silver) and 1 x $500 Leelo Active Voucher. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winners of the sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via e-mail within five (5) days following the winner selection. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to receive email newsletters periodically from Leelo Active. They may opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Leelo Active reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes if, in its sole discretion, a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Leelo Active and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from their participation in the sweepstakes and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
Any disputes arising out of or connected with the sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in WA having jurisdiction.
