Competition Prize:

Terms and Conditions
1. Winner must take the prizes as offered. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2. Entrants must become a 56th Parallel Facebook page fan and correctly submit a competition entry form via Facebook.
3. The competition starts 19/3/2014 at 9am AEDT and closes 11:59pm AEDT on the 27/3/2014
4. Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid.
5. The winners will be published on Facebook and notified by email on Friday 28th March 2014. If the prize is unclaimed after 14 days a second winner will be chosen.
6. 56th Parallel and Merrell employees and family of employees are prohibited from entering the competition.
7. This is a game of chance. Winners will be selected using a random selection process pre-determined before the competition start.
8. 56th Parallel and Merrell accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages or injury incurred in connection with taking up the prizes.
9. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. In the event that the promoter (Merrell) is unable to provide the prize as stated, the promoter reserves the right to substitute with another prize of equal or greater value.
