Who can enter?

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

When can they enter?

The promotion will be conducted during the promotion period.

How can they enter?

Entrants must follow the method of entry during the promotion period to enter the promotion. One entry per person.

What is the prize?

The first valid entry as determined by the judges will receive One SD-YR2550SST Bread Maker valued at $439.00. The total prize pool value is specified in the Total prize value section of the Schedule.

How will the winner be chosen?

The judging will take place in accordance with the Selection of winners. The judges may select additional reserve entries and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 5 working days.

Are there any restrictions on the prize?

The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed or taken for cash.

What are the rules for submitting Content?

Entrants are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the promotion, including comments, recordings, and images (“Content”). The Content must not be unlawful or fraudulent, breach any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication. Entrants warrant that the Content is their original work or they have obtained full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content to the uses contemplated by these terms of entry, and the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party. Entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of these terms.

What are the conditions for using the entrant’s Content?

Entrants license and grant the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry (which shall include Content) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.

What if there is a dispute?

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant if there is a dispute. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

What if the winner does not claim the prize?

If for any reason a winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of being contacted, another winner will be chosen.

What if the prize is unavailable?

If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the product with a product of equal value.
