1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Roadshow Films Pty Ltd (ABN: 28 100 746 870) of 1 Garden Street, South Yarra, Victoria 3141 (“Promoter”).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Afterpay Pty Ltd ABN 15 169 342 947 (“Afterpay”) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Promotion commences on 29/10/2017 and final entries close at 11:59am AEDST on 10/11/2017 (“Promotional Period”).
5. To be eligible to enter and receive one (1) initial entry into the draw, individuals must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
• Visit www.roadshowent.com.au/afterpay (“Roadshow Landing Page”);
• Follow the prompts to the competition entry page;
• Input the request details including full name and valid email address;
• Click ‘ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ENTER’ button; and
• Submit the fully completed online entry form.
6. By entering, individuals agree to being added to the Promoter’s database (including that of the Village Roadshow Group) and the Afterpay database for the purpose of receiving email communications.
7. Once a fully completed online entry form has been submitted via the Roadshow Landing Page, eligible individuals will be given the opportunity to receive additional entries by completing any or all of the following activities (“Activity”) by following the prompts on the Roadshow Landing Page:

8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
10. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) initial entry is awarded for submitting an entry in accordance with clause 4; (b) multiple additional entries awarded for the completion of each Activity; and (c) each initial entry and each Activity must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements to gain the stipulated amount of entries.
11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
12. The draw will take place at Roadshow Films Pty Ltd, Level 4, 235 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009 on 10/11/2017 at 2:00pm AEDST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be announced online at https://roadshow.com.au/winners from 13/11/2017.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The first valid entry drawn will win the major prize of a private luxury screening of Bad Moms 2 and a personal shopping experience valued at $6,000. Major prize includes:
16. A catered private luxury in-season screening of Bad Moms 2 for the winner and five (5) friends (at the winner’s nearest Gold Class or Hoyts Lux Cinema). Exact date and cinema location of the private luxury screening will be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the exact date and location of the private luxury screening; and
17. A shopping experience with a personal shopper including a $2,000 Visa Gift Card for the winner. The Promoter in agreement with the winner will determine exact date and location of the shopping experience but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the exact date and location of the shopping experience.
18. Any ancillary costs associated with taking the prize, including but not limited to, travel costs with getting to and from the private luxury screening and/or the shopping experience are not included and will be the responsibility of the winner and his/her friends (where relevant).
19. The next fifty (50) valid entries drawn will each win the minor prize valued at $44. Minor Prize includes a double pass to Bad Moms 2. Double passes are subject to terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the movie ticket. Tickets must be presented at the box office. Entrants will be entitled to two (2) tickets to one session only of “BAD MOMS 2”. Valid even with “No Free Tickets” restriction. Not valid all day Tuesday (or cinema discount days), Saturdays after 5pm or Public Holidays. Not valid at Village Cinemas Gold Class, VMAX, VPremium or Digital 3D, Reading Gold Lounge, 3D, Titan XC or Premium, EVENT Cinemas Gold Class, VMAX & 3D, Greater Union Birch Carroll & Coyle Gold Class, VMAX, & 3D, HOYTS Xtremescreen, Digital 3D, HOYTS IMAX, HOYTS LUX or Bean Bag Cinema, AMC, Cinelounge, Dendy Premium. Not for re-sale. Tickets must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash. Redemption of the double passes is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the double passes.
20. For the purposes of the private luxury screening and double pass prize/s, the prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. Prizes are valid for redemption while Bad Moms 2 is screening in cinemas (which is scheduled until 11/12/2017). The Promoter and event organizers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or any companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
21. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take and/or redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) at or by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
22. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. Total prize pool value is up to $8,200. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
24. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 30/11/2017 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners (if any) will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be announced online at https://roadshow.com.au/winners from 30/11/2017.
25. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
26. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
27. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if a screening of Bad Moms 2 (including the private luxury screening) is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.
30. As a condition of accepting the major prize, the winner (and his/her companion/s) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
31. Roadshow Films Pty Ltd collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to the members of the Roadshow Films Pty Ltd corporate group (which may include but is not limited to Village Roadshow Limited and its subsidiary companies), third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. Roadshow Films Pty Ltd will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at: https://roadshow.com.au/privacy-policy. Roadshow Films Pty Ltd (and its corporate group to whom entrants PI will be disclosed) will only use and disclose entrant’s PI in accordance with their respective privacy policies and, if applicable, collection statements. Roadshow Films Pty Ltd (and its corporate groups) to whom personal information is disclosed may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services in accordance with their respective privacy policies and, if applicable, collection statements, including contacting entrants via any contact details provided by the entrant without further reference or compensation to the entrant, for an indefinite period or until the entrant opts out. Roadshow Films Pty Ltd contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of Roadshow Films Pty Ltd. Roadshow Films Pty Ltd will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
32. The Promoter may also disclose PI to Afterpay, if an entrant consents to such disclosure at the time of entry, who may use the information for their own marketing purposes.
