Prize Terms and Conditions
The prize pool includes two components, a major prize and 20 runner up prizes.
The major prize winner will receive a Private preview screening of the new movie “Kill Me 3 Times” in Canberra with 20 friends. Prize includes:
$200 Candy Bar Voucher
Private Screening of the movie “Kill Me 3 Times” for 21 people
The runners up prize winners will be selected at random and will each receive a copy of the “Kill Me 3 Times” DVD, with 20 DVD’s in total to be won.
Total prize pool (inclusive of private screening and voucher- $700 and DVD’s- 20x$29.95) =

Entry Conditions
You must be 18 years of age or older to enter “Win a Private Screening”.
The prize is not transferable.
To receive an entry, you must spend $30 or more on alcohol within an ACT Local Liquor store during the promotional period. To enter, go to localliquor.com.au/killmethreetimes and enter your contact details.
A maximum of one (1) entry per day per person.
Proof of purchase may be required to confirm legitimacy of entries.

The runners up prize winners will be drawn by random draw on Monday 17th August 2015.

Prize Booking Conditions
The major prize-winner will be drawn by random at 3/19 Marcus Clarke St, Canberra City 2601 on Monday 17th August 2015 at 10am.
The runners up prize winners will be drawn by random at 3/19 Marcus Clarke St, Canberra City 2601 on Monday 17th August 2015 at 10am.
Winner of the major prize will be notified by phone and by email no later than 2pm Monday 17th August 2015, and winners of the runners up prizes will be posted the DVD by 30 September.
The winners details will be published to https://www.facebook.com/LocalLiquor on Tuesday 28th August 2015.
Should the initial winner not claim their prize within three (3) calendar months of notification, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on Friday 20th November (1pm) at 3/19 Marcus Clarke St, Canberra City 2601. The winner of this draw will be notified via email and phone by 2pm on Monday 23rd November 2015.
Winner must select all 20 guests to be 18 years of age or older.
In the event that an element of the prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the winner forfeits the specified element and no cash alternative offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the prize.
Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion including but not limited to all meals, spending money, incidentals, travel costs, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any personal information should be directed to the Promoter.
The promoter requires a minimum notice period of one week prior to screening date to organise the event. All afternoons & evenings can be requested by the winner, however the screening must not take place after 5pm on any Saturday evening, or on any public holidays. The promoter cannot guarantee that the party will take place on the exact day requested by the winner, so will determine a mutually agreeable date as close to the originally requested date as possible for the winner.
Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the opening date of the Promotion (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value between then and the prize redemption date.
The winner and their guest must agree that they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or organisation other than Local liquor.
