General
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this
competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to
this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Who can enter
3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter
and any of its associated, affiliated and/or participating companies, sponsors and agencies
(“Affiliated Parties”). Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex spouse, defacto
spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step
grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. The
Promoter is New World Foods Pty Ltd, 6 Foy Street, Casino NSW 2470 (ABN 32 081 070 368).
4. All entrants may enter 1 valid entry per week and must satify the conditions of entry. Only one
major prize will be awarded to one ultimate winner.
5. The competition is open to Australian Residents, as long as how to enter conditions are met.
6. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize may be awarded, at the absolute discretion of
the promoter, to their parent or legal guardian. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of
age, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years and over.

8. Entries must include all requested details and entrants need to ensure that profile and settings are
set to public to be eligible to win. Each entry must be unique and received by the Promoter prior to
the competition close date and time for that week.
When to enter
9. The competition commences on 1st April 2020 at 18:00 AEST and closes on 10th June 2020 at
09:00am AEST. The competition will be broken down into 10 separate weekly periods (each with
their own separate start and close date) as set out below:

10. The winner(s) will be the best valid entries as judged by the judging panel, having regard to skill,
creativity and originality, at the Promoter’s premises at about 9:00am AEST on each of the following
dates:

11. The Promoter may select additional entries to be used as replacements in the event that the first
entrant chosen as a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or take a prize.
12. The winner/s will be notified by a direct message to their social media page and their names will be
published online at www.locallegends.com.au within about 24 hours of the closing date and time
for each week’s entry.
13. Major prize is to be judged in the 10th week. All prizes will be sent to the winner(s) within 4 weeks of
the competition close date and time for that week.
Prizes on offer
14. Total prize value is (up to) AUD$23,500.00, as at the commencement date of this competition.
15. The winner of the major prize will receive:
A “Local Legends Racing” simulator - ready to compete with the latest tech, including
A Logitech G920 Driving Force steering wheel and pedals,
Playseat cockpit
Acer PC
Curved gaming monitor, and
A supply of Local Legends merchandise, jerky and biltong.
Total major prize is valued up to AUD$10,000.00.
The other nine weekly prize winners will each receive:
A Logitech G920 Driving Force steering wheel and pedals,
Custom XBOX One X 1TB console with Local Legends livery, and
A supply of Local Legends merchandise, jerky and biltong.
These total weekly prizes are valued up to AUD$13,500.00 (being AUD$1,500.00 each).
16. Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the
responsibility of the Promoter.
17. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner to claim fulfilment of the promotional prize or if the
winner is unable to attend any element of the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety
and it shall be awarded to the next runner up in the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for a
