The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, senior managers, ticket fulfillment staff and fundraising staff at MS PLUS LTD; the nominee of the lottery; Deloitte directors and employees associated with the lottery draws.
Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 12,500 chance of winning the Grand Prize.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older.
Maximum number of tickets in the draw: 12,500. All tickets $50 each.
The names of all prize winners will be available online at msdreamcarlottery.com.au. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners are responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of all prizes is $175,000.
The Grand Prize, Super Early Bird Prize and Early Bird Prize draw will be conducted at MSWA at 154 Abernethy Road, Belmont 6104.
Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday, 25 January 2023 are eligible for the Super Early Bird Prize draw.
Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday, 22 February 2023 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw.
If all tickets are sold before Midnight, Wednesday, 22 February 2023, then all prize draws will be completed on Friday, 24 February 2023.
If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize draw will be completed on Friday, 24 February 2023. The winning ticket for the Early Bird Prize will be re-entered and is eligible to win the Grand Prize.
Tickets purchased after the Early Bird Prize close and before the Final Sales close at Midnight, Wednesday, 22 March 2023 are eligible to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize draw will be completed Friday, 24 March 2023.
The Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Grand Prize winner will be published online at msdreamcarlottery.com.au within 48 hours of the prize draws being completed.
Super Early Bird Prize
The Super Early Bird Prize winner will win $10,000 in gold. To claim the prize, the winner will be required to complete a 100-point identification check.
Early Bird Prize
The Early Bird Prize winner will have the option between a Maldives Holiday, valued at $15,000 or $15,000 in gold. Should the winner select the holiday option, travel insurance is not included.
Grand Prize
The Grand Prize winner will have the option of the Range Rover Velar valued at $150,000 or $150,000 in gold. Should the Grand Prize winner select the Range Rover Velar, option, on-road costs are included but motor vehicle insurance is not included.
The images included in the MS Dream Car Lottery promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Should the winner choose the vehicle, it is expected that there could be up to a 12 month wait time following the placement of the order could be likely, due to the current vehicle demand.
Unclaimed Prizes
Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn 12 weeks from the date for which the original prize was drawn. A redraw will occur via a random number generator on 16 June 2023, 11:00AM. The draw will be conducted at 154 Abernethy Road, Belmont WA 6104.
Refunds
Requests for refunds must be actioned prior to the commencement of the draws. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
The records held by MS PLUS LTD shall be deemed correct and final. Please call 1300 311 816 for corrections.

MS PLUS LTD conducts the MS Dream Car Lottery (4 per year); and the MS Dream Raffle (6 per year).
As a MS Dream Club member:
You must be 18 years or over.
You authorise MS LTD PLUS to automatically debit your nominated credit card prior to the launch of each MS Dream Car Lottery and/or MS Dream Raffle for the amount of tickets specified when registering, until further notice. This will occur for each of the MS Dream Car Lotteries ($50 per ticket), and MS Dream Raffles ($3 per ticket).
Once your credit card payment is approved then your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address, which was provided at the time of registration.
If the payment is declined, for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute, and so on, then MS PLUS LTD cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming MS Dream Car Lottery or MS Dream Raffle. It is your responsibility to contact the MS Dream Club Team with an alternative payment method by calling 1300 182 198.
Your ticket(s) number is randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.
You can adjust the number of selected tickets for the MS Dream Car Lottery and/or MS Dream Raffle without having to re-join by contacting us on 1300 182 198. or msdreamclub@msdreamhomelottery.com.au

In the event an MS Dream Club member’s requested MS Dream Lottery/Raffle tickets debit attempt is declined in 3 consecutive draws, their MS Dream Club Membership will be cancelled.

Entries into the draw will be accepted from Wednesday, 11 January 2023 until the promotion close, Wednesday, 23 March 2023.
The prize will be drawn on Friday, 24 March 2023 at MSWA Offices, 154 Abernethy Road, Belmont, 6104.
Entry can be made via this method: Purchase a MS Dream Car Lottery 2023A (Lottery Permit: ACT R 22/00229 VIC: 10549/22 NSW: GOCAU/2456) and sign up for a new or retain an existing MS Dream Club membership which includes subscription to the MS Dream Car Lottery, and keep your membership active until Midnight, Wednesday, 22 March 2023.
For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised database.
The winner(s) of this promotion will be determined by a computerised random number generator.
The prize on offer is a $5,000 Whitsundays holiday package or $5,000 in gold.
The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of MS Limited after the prize draw. In the instance that the winner is represented by a proxy and cannot be contacted on the phone number or email provided and remains uncontactable for 30 days a replacement/ substitute winner will be drawn in the same manner as the first.
The winner(s) name will be announced on the MS Dream Home Lottery official Facebook page within 7 days of confirming the winner.

MS PLUS LTD and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify MS Limited against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
