What is the Lucky Puppy Lottery?The Lucky Puppy Lottery is a fundraising initiative organized by Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs.
Who can enter the Lucky Puppy Lottery?Anyone aged 18 years or older can purchase a ticket, except for specific individuals and their relatives such as board members, senior managers, ticket fulfillment staff at Seeing Eye Dogs Vision Australia, the nominee of the lottery, directors, suppliers, and employees associated with the lottery draws.
When does the Lucky Puppy Lottery close?The lottery closes at Midnight AEDT on Wednesday, 27 March 2024.
How can one enter the Lucky Puppy Lottery?To enter, individuals can purchase tickets before the closing date either online or through other authorized channels.
What are the prizes and how are they won?- Super Early Bird Prize: Tickets purchased before midnight AEDT Wednesday, 31 January 2024, are eligible for this draw. Winners will choose between a holiday to the Gold Coast valued at $5000 or $5000 cash. If the winner resides in Victoria or Queensland, they can select either the holiday or $5000 in gold.
- Early Bird Prize: Tickets purchased before midnight AEDT Wednesday, 28 February 2024, are eligible. Winners will choose between a holiday to New Zealand valued at $10,000 or $10,000 cash. If the winner resides in Victoria or Queensland, they can select either the holiday or $10,000 in gold.
- Lucky Club Prize: This draw is for Lucky Club members who have an active membership at the time of the lottery closing. The winner will receive $5000 cash, or if they reside in Victoria or Queensland, $5,000 in gold.
- Grand Prize: The grand prize winner(s) will have the option to select either a Toyota RAV 4 (RRP $50,000) or $50,000 cash. If the winner resides in Victoria or Queensland, they can choose either the vehicle or $50,000 in gold.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total retail value of all prizes in Lottery No. 90 is $65,000.
How are winners notified?Winners will receive a phone call from a member of the Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs team and will also be posted/emailed an official prize notification letter.
Where can I find the results?Results will be posted on the Lucky Puppy Lottery website and within the public notices section of The Australian on Wednesday 3 April 2024.
Are refunds available?Refunds may be provided at the discretion of Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs for specific reasons, but not for 'change of heart' decisions. Refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to hello@luckypuppylottery.org.au. Refund requests must be received and approved by Vision Australia Seeing Eye Dogs before the prize draw date.
Are tickets tax-deductible?No, lottery tickets are not tax-deductible.
