How and when will the winner be chosen?
A random draw will take place at Are Media, 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 2nd November 2023 at 12 pm AEDT/AEDST to determine the winner from valid entries. Reserve winners will also be drawn in case the original winner is invalid or ineligible.
How and when will the winner be notified?
The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within 7 business days of the draw using the contact details provided in their entry. The winner's name will also be published on https://www.bountyparents.com.au/for-you/win-redsbaby-nuvo on 9th November 2023.
Are there any restrictions or conditions regarding the prize?
Yes, the prize cannot be exchanged for cash, used in conjunction with other offers, or awarded to someone under 18 without being handed over to their parent or legal guardian. If the prize or part of it is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of roughly the same retail value. If the winner doesn't accept the prize as stipulated, it will be forfeited without any cash compensation.
When and where will unclaimed prizes be drawn?
If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 1st February 2024 at the same location and time as the original draw.
How will the prize be delivered?
The prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated address in Australia. The Promoter isn't responsible for any delay or damage during delivery, and the prize does not include any associated costs or set-up.
