Who can enter this competition?To be eligible to enter, you must reside in Australia and be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Boost Mobile, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
When can you enter the competition?The competition period begins at 9:00am AEST on 10/05/2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 20/06/23. Boost Mobile reserves the right to extend the competition end date if necessary, subject to regulatory approval.
How can you enter the competition?You can enter the competition by completing the online entry form on the Boost Mobile website (https://boost.com.au/win). You need to provide your personal details, including first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal code, and your current mobile service provider. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Boost Mobile's Privacy Policy is also required to enter.
What is the prize and its worth?The prize is a Boost Mobile Refurbished iPhone 13 (worth $969) and a Boost Mobile $300 12-month recharge. The total prize pool is AUD $1,269 including GST, as of the publishing date of the terms and conditions.
How will the winners be selected?One winner will be chosen by random draw, which will take place from 10:00am AEST on 20/06/23 at Boost Mobile, 5 Lime Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. The winner will be notified by email or telephone on the day of the draw. The results of the draw are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
What happens if the prize is not claimed?If the winner does not respond by 28/07/23 after being notified or if reasonable efforts to identify the winner are unsuccessful, the winner will forfeit the prize. Boost Mobile reserves the right to select another winner through a second chance draw. An unclaimed prize draw will be held on 01/08/23 if necessary, and the first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prizes.
Can the winner be used for promotional purposes?By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activities and provide materials such as photographs and testimonials for marketing purposes.
