WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these terms and conditions. The Competition is only open to individuals who:
are Queensland residents and are aged 18 years and older
enter via subscribing to Visit Moreton Bay Region eDM newsletters during the promotional period
who are not employees or “immediate family members” of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (“Entrant”). This includes Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and those of any agencies, retailers and suppliers directly associated with this Promotion. “Immediate family member” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences on 15th August 2016 at 9:00am and closes on 30th September 2016 at 9:00am (AEST) (“the Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, participants must spend a minimum of $10 in one transaction at any participating Margate retailer during the promotional period to receive a unique code word and enter in the following ways:
a. Online at visitmoretonbayregion.com.au/margateshines, subscribing to Visit Moreton Bay Region eDM newsletters and providing their first name, email and postcode
b. By phoning MBRIT Office, between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday during the Promotional Period and providing their first name, email/phone number and postcode
