1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Giveaway, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Giveaway Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
2. The Giveaway commences on 2022/09/10 00:00 AM (PST) and terminates on 2022/09/25 23:59 PM (PST) ("Giveaway Period") and is open worldwide, excluding Russia. (“Giveaway Territory”).
3. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Giveaway, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Giveaway.
4. People who live in Giveaway Territory and would like to participate in this Giveaway during the Giveaway Period acknowledge as follows:
4A. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be at least 20 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in. Exceptions would be unlawful. Therefore, we reserve the right to check the age before sending the prize.
4B. For those who are eligible, you need to need to enter via the Gleam page.
4C. Eligible Entrants will be asked to provide their first name and email address (this data will only be used as a means to contact the Eligible Entrants regarding their participation in the Promotion and to deliver the prize to the prize winners). The Eligible Entrant should guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Regardless of how many times you give ASUS your comments and your personal information would only be counted one Entrant.
4D. The Prize winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received for the Promotion in the Gleam event page, and be subsequently informed within three (3) week after the end of the Giveaway Period (“Drawing Date”) by email and announced on the ROG Facebook/Instagram/Twitter Page (Global).
4E. There will be Ten (10) Prize winners selected in total.
4F. The ROG x Disorder skateboards model and design will be random and subject to availability.
First prize: One (1) ROG Strix Series Laptop - model is subjected to availability (ARV $1400 USD); one (1) ROGxDisorder Limited Edition Skateboard, signed by Nyjah Huston; one (1) ROG x Nyjah Huston Limited Edition Mousepad.
Second to Fifth Prize: One (1) ROGxDisorder Limited Edition Skateboard, signed by Nyjah Huston; one (1) ROG x Nyjah Huston Limited Edition Mousepad; one (1) ROG x Nyjah Huston Limited Edition Fingerboard.
Sixth to Tenth Prize: One (1) ROGxDisorder Limited Edition Skateboard, signed by Nyjah Huston; one (1) ROG x Nyjah Huston Limited Edition Mousepad.
4F. Prize winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information within seventy-two (72) hours after the Drawing Date. Any failure of a Prize winner to make the contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver of the right for the Prize awarded, and ASUS, in its sole discretion, has the right to conduct a redraw to decide a substitute.
4G. You acknowledge that an Eligible Entrant is allowed to win one time.
4H. You acknowledge that the Prize must be redeemed by October 16, 2022.
4I. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway. A purchase will not improve Entrant’s chances of winning.
4J. A cash payment of the prize is excluded.
4K. For any reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings about Entrant’s user-generated content or using experience of ASUS products/ services on ASUS or on 3rd party platforms, Entrant should disclose material connections between Entrant and ASUS in such reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings (for example, by stating “sponsored post by ASUS” or “promoted post by ASUS” in Entrant’s reviews/ articles/ posts/ ratings).
