Important: Please read these rules before entering this Promotion ("Ultra Trail Mandatory Gear"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

1. Eligibility. PROMOTION VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 2. Disclaimer. AMER SPORTS AUSTRALIA PLY LTD, and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) phone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
3. Rights. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to have their submitted names displayed on one or more of Sponsor and Participating Brands websites, social media channels, marketing, advertising and used by Sponsors and Participating Brands for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason. 4. Promotion Period. The Promotion starts at 12:01 a.m. (AEDT) on April 26th, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on May 10, 2018 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible to win a prize. Sponsor or their designee’s computer will be the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Prizes may slightly vary based on colours and size availability.

7. Odds; Taxes; Etc. The odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 15 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value for any prize. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
8. How to Enter. To enter the Promotion, during the Promotion Period go to [link tbc] and follow the onscreen instructions to complete all required registration information and complete the entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Participation is subject to disqualification of all Entries, if multiple accounts are used by the same person. All Entries must be completed and submitted by 11:59 p.m. AEDT on May 15, 2018, to be eligible. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online service will apply.
9. General Release. By entering the Promotion, you forever release and discharge Sponsors and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action arising from or related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSORS OR ANY RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION, OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING PROVIDED FOR THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING ANY EQUIPMENT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 11. Selection of Prize. Actual model, color, accessories and features of the prizes listed in Section 4 above will be selected by Sponsors and may vary from photos used in online and offline advertising and materials. Winner will be randomly selected on Wednesday, May 15, 2018.
13. Use of Winner's Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the Prize Winner's name, hometown, likeness, and prize information, without limitation, for advertising, marketing, social media and promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, the Prize Winner may be required to execute a consent to the use of the Prize Winner’s name, hometown, likeness, and prize information, without limitation, for advertising, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.

15. Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, the Prize Winner may be required to execute and deliver to Sponsors a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability, and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by Sponsors in their discretion.
16. Winner List; Rules Request. For a copy of the winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope after August 1, 2018 and before August 1, 2019 to Sponsor at Attn: Digital Marketing Team, 18-20 Lakewood Boulevard, Braeside, VIC, 3195, Australia.

18. Governing Law; Arbitration. Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, all disputes concerning this promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the state of VIC QLD and NSW, without regard to its choice of laws or conflict of laws provisions.
19. Miscellaneous. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsors reserve the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in their sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Promotion or any entrant's participation in the Promotion, should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsors’ control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion, or Sponsors otherwise become (as determined in their sole discretion) incapable of running the Promotion as planned.
