PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition opens at 08:00 hrs on 15/09/2014 and closes at 20:00 hrs on 24/11/2014 ("Promotional Period"). All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney which will be Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) from the start of the Promotional Period and Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”) from 05/10/2014 until the end of the Promotional Period. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:01 hrs is the start of a day and 24:00 hrs is the end of the day.
PRIZES:
There will be a total of eight hundred and fifty two (852) instant prizes to be won in this Competition (1 per hour between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs during the Promotional Period). Each instant prize is a 10.1 inch Samsung GALAXY Tab 4 16GB Wi-Fi tablet in white valued at up to $379. Winners will be responsible for making all arrangements for connection with a service provider and payment of all associated connection, access and call/data charges.
Total prize pool value is up to AUD$322,908.00.
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter the Eligible Entrant must purchase any Promotional Product nationally during the Promotional Period.
Entry is via SMS or online only.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must enter via SMS or online by undertaking the following steps between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs during the Promotional Period:
a) SMS - To enter via SMS, Eligible Entrants must send an SMS to 193193 containing the following, in no particular order, and with a space between each item of requested information (i) first name; (ii) last name; (iii) date of birth, in the format DD/MM/YY; and (iv) the last five (5) digits of the Promotional Product barcode. Premium SMS cost is 55c inc GST (no charge for Telstra customers). Eligible Entrants must have a compatible mobile phone with SMS Premium Service access. Helpdesk open 9:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on 1800 268 742. Winners will be contacted by phone and the Promoter will record their address details so that the prize may be awarded. SMS entries via the internet, or by other means other than a mobile phone, are ineligible. Eligible Entrants can enter the Competition from one (1) mobile phone number only; OR
b) ONLINE – To enter online, Eligible Entrants must visit www.motherenergydrink.com.au, follow the prompts to the Competition entry page, input the requested details including the last five (5) digits of the Promotional Product barcode and submit the fully completed entry form.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) maximum of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant per day; (b) only one (1) entry permitted per Promotional Product purchased; (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements and these conditions; and (d) unrecognised barcodes will be deemed invalid.
There will be one (1) instant win prize available to be won each hour of each day of the Promotional Period between the hours of 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs. There will be a total of eight hundred and fifty two (852) instant prizes. The Promoter will use a computer drawing system to randomly determine one (1) time each hour of each day between the hours of 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs during the Promotional Period (the “Winning Times”). The first entry, received on or after each of the Winning Times for that hour, will be the provisional winner of an instant prize. If the instant prize for a particular hour is not won, is will be entered into the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
