HOW TO ENTER:
"Business Day" means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in New South Wales;
"Facebook" means the digital communication platform owned by Facebook, Inc. accessible via the website 'www.facebook.com';
"immediate families" means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin;
"Instagram" means the digital communication platform owned by Instagram, Inc. accessible via the website 'www.instagram.com';
"Instagram Account" means an account established and maintained on Instagram;
"Prize" means one (1) Samsung NX500 Smart Camera (in black or white, depending on availability as determined by the Promoter) together with one (1) Samsung 16- 50mm Power Zoom Lens, with a combined recommended retail price of $999.00 (including GST). There is one (1) Prize in total; and
“Promoter's Instagram Account" means Samsung’s Instagram account, accessible via the website 'https://instagram.com/samsungau/' and the Instagram handle '@SamsungAu'.
eligible to participate in this Promotion, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
be a natural person 18 years of age or older (and not a company, business, trust or any organisation of any description) and be an Australian resident with an Australian residential address and not an employee of the Promoter, of any participating agency associated with this Promotion, or an immediate family member of the same;
hold an Instagram Account in their personal capacity;
take and upload a black and white photo to their Instagram Account (which at all times must be inoffensive, appropriate, original and the entrant’s own, and which does not include a third party’s intellectual property or for which moral rights are not attributable to any third party) ("Photo"), and use the hashtag '#NX500BandW' in the Photo's description and tag the Photo with '@SamsungAu' ("Response"); and
follow any other reasonable directions provided by the Promoter and/or its representatives in relation to the Promotion, including through the Promoter's Facebook page accessible via the website 'https://www.facebook.com/SamsungAustralia' and/or through the Promoter's Instagram Account,
(each eligible entry an "Eligible Entry" and each eligible entrant an "Eligible Entrant").
