WHO CAN ENTER?

To be eligible to enter the Promotion, an entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
a) be a natural person (and not be a company, business, trust or organisation of any description) and be an Australian resident with an Australian residential address, aged 15 years or over;
b) not be an employee of the Promoter, or an employee of any agency associated with this Promotion, or an immediate family member of such a person;
c) hold a Twitter Account in their personal capacity;
d) visit the Promoter’s Twitter Account and, using the entrant’s personally held Twitter Account, retweet a Samsung Tweet at any time on or before the Expiry Date that corresponds to that Samsung Tweet (each, a "Retweet"); and
e) follow any other reasonable directions provided by any representative of the Promoter or of an agent of the Promoter in relation to the entry process,
(each eligible entry, an "Eligible Entry" and each eligible entrant, an "Eligible Entrant").
9. A person must be 15 years old or over to enter this Promotion. If an entrant is not over the age of 18, that entrant must obtain the consent of their parent or guardian to enter this Promotion ("Consenting Parent or Guardian"). By entering this Promotion, the entrant is confirming that they have obtained the consent of their parent or guardian. By permitting an entrant under the age of 18 to enter the promotion, the Consenting Parent or Guardian is agreeing on behalf of the entrant to:
a) these Terms and Conditions; and
b) the handling of personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.samsung.com/au/info/privacy.html.
