When does the promotion close?The promotion starts on 13/03/2024 at 12:01am AEST and ends on 30/04/2024 at 11:59pm AEST. Each participating store will have its own specific start and end dates within this period.
How can one enter?To enter, eligible entrants must purchase any 24pk or 30pk of XXXX, Hahn, or Toohey’s branded beer in a single transaction at a participating store, and scan the store's Rewards card at the time of purchase. Only one entry is permitted per qualifying transaction, with a maximum of one entry per person per day.
What is the prize?The total prize pool is AUD $20,000. The prizes include:
- 1x $10,000 Travel Voucher
- 1x $6,000 Travel Voucher
- 1x $4,000 Travel Voucher
Winners will be contacted by a representative from Main Beach Travel to organize their prize.
When and how will the winner be notified?The draw will be conducted on 03/05/2024 at 12:00pm AEST by computerized random selection. Winners will be notified in writing via email and by telephone within 2 days of the draw. The winner’s name will be published on the Liquor Legends Website & Facebook page on 6/05/2024 at 5PM (AEST).
Additional Details:- All taxes (excluding GST) associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except for winners from NSW who may receive cash in lieu of the prize.
- The prize is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
- The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches the terms or engages in improper misconduct.
- If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winners must claim their prize by 31/05/2024 at 2:00pm AEST. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
- The Promoter will collect, use, and disclose entrants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- The Promoter encourages responsible consumption of liquor.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion in certain circumstances beyond its control.
- The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entrants agree to participate in promotional activities if required.
- The prize is a single event and cannot be separated into separate events or components.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
