WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry into the promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 14 years or older who in the event that they are an instant winner, are able to accept and participate in any prize as set out in Schedule 1 (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families, including their children and wards, and other persons residing in their household) of the Promoter, its related entities, corporations or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide Personal Information about themselves. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental/ legal guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged under 18 years). If a winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner entering the promotion on behalf of the winner and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the Entrant for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on 22/07/2015 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on 26/08/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
The Promotional Period will be divided into thirty-six (36) promotional days, commencing at 12:01am (AEST) and closing on 11:59pm (AEST) each calendar day, for the purpose of allocating prizes and determining winners in this promotion (each, a Promotional Day).
HOW TO ENTER:
Instant Win: To enter, Entrants must, during a Promotional Day:
Visit the promotional page at www.perfectmatch.mcdonalds.com.au (Promotional Page) via Internet or mobile Internet (carrier’s standard data charges apply) enabled Apple iPhone (iPhone 5s or above) and Android compatible mobile devices (minimum iOS7 and Android 4.4, respectively) and Apple iPad2 and above and Android Tablet devices only (minimum iOS7 and Android 4.3, respectively);
Entrants under the age of 18 years must have parent or legal guardian consent to enter;
Click on the ‘Create Your Taste To Win’ button to design a burger build. Follow the on-screen prompts and build a burger using only the ingredients in the ‘Pantry List’ as they appear on the Promotional Page. The selection of ingredients from the ‘Pantry List’ must be in accordance with the standard rules of the ‘Create Your Taste Kiosk’ at each participating restaurant;
Follow the prompts in the manner required, to fully and correctly complete and successfully submit your burger build on the Promotional Page;
fully and correctly complete and successfully submit the online entry form in the manner required, including providing the Entrant’s full name, current and valid email address and phone number; and
Entrants will be immediately notified on the Promotional Page once they have submitted the online entry form if they are an instant winner, which prize they have won and how to redeem the prize.
Multiple entries are permitted, however each entry must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Contact details entered incorrectly by an Entrant on their entry form will deem their entry invalid.
Costs associated with accessing the Promotional Page remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the mobile phone carrier or Internet service provider used. Entrants must have the bill payer’s consent to use mobile Internet to participate in the promotion or their entry will be deemed invalid. Some service providers and mobile devices may not provide access to mobile Internet. Entrants must check with their service provider if unsure. Accessing the Promotional Page and entering the promotion, and accessing and using mobile content including web-based content may incur data charges. Any external links (such as links clicked through the Apple App Store or Google Play) and Promotional Page features that require Internet connection may also incur data charges. Data used over Wi-Fi will be charged as per the Entrant’s Internet service provider rates. Entrants will need to refer to the terms of the contracts with their mobile carrier, usage plan or Internet service provider (as applicable) for costs, as costs vary from plan to plan. The charges for all data services will appear on each Entrant's next mobile phone bill and/or Internet bill (as applicable). All general queries relating to carrier rates or mobile or Internet bills should be directed to the Entrants' mobile phone carrier or Internet service provider (as applicable).
The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
