Win a share in $5,000 worth of prizes!

The Promotion commences on 31 March, 2014 and closes at 5pm AEST on 11 April, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).
Entry into the Promotion is only open to individuals who satisfy the following eligibility requirements (“Eligibility Requirements”):
Individuals must be an Australian resident; and Individuals must not be employees (or members of their immediate family) of the Promoter or the Promoter’s related entities directly involved in the Promotion (as determined by the Promoter). Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
   
To enter, individuals must satisfy the Eligibility Requirements and, during the Promotion Period:
Answer the question in 25 words or less; “Tell CommBank what you want to see on their new blog” in the provided box within the “Subscribe to the CommBank Blog for your chance to win” competition landing page on the CommBank blog.
Entrants must also subscribe to the CommBank blog. Subscription may occur before or after an entrant fills out the competition Submit form, provided that the subscription is received and confirmed within the Promotion Period.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
This Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged by a representative of the Promoter and will be judged based on originality and creativity of the answer provided to the promotional question. Winners will be notified by email. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The best 5 valid entries, as determined by the judges, will one of the following prizes:
$1,000 deposited into their CommBank Goal Saver account (account must be under the name of the winner)
$1000 towards the course of the winner’s choice at the Australian Institute of Management
A $1,000 Bunnings Warehouse gift card
$500 for the winner (cash to be deposited into the winner’s bank account) and $500 for the charity of their choice (must be an official charity registered on the ACNC Register)
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and gear (up to the value of $1000)
The entries will be judged by a representative of the Promoter at 276 Devonshire Street Surry Hills NSW 2010 on 28 April 2014. Winners will be notified by email within two (2) days of the date of judging.
There will only be one prize per winner. Prizes will be awarded dependent on each winner’s interests (as expressed in their “25 words or less” response).
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. Redemption of the prize is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer.
Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with the prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Total prize pool value is $5000. Prizes, or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless stipulated. Cash prizes to be deposited into a bank account must be deposited into the bank account of the winner and is not transferrable.
