Entry into the Victa Summer of Cricket Promotion is open to Australian residents over the age of eighteen. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, their agencies and retailers associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
Promotion commences 14/10/2013 & closes 31/12/2013 at 11pm AEST.
All promotional material, including information on how to enter forms part of the conditions of entry.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase (i.e. one (1) entry permitted for every VICTA product purchased in a single transaction); (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) and original VICTA product barcodes for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof-of-purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
To enter the promotion for a chance to win an instant prize, participants visit www.victa.com.au and insert details of the Victa product purchased on the entry page. Winners will be drawn randomly over the promotion period to distribute all prizes. All entries must be lodged online by 11pm AEST on 31/12/2013. All entries will be retained to be included in a second chance draw to distribute any unclaimed prizes. See Point 16.
Bonus promotional element: 10,000 scratch off game cards will be distributed only through Victa ‘Gold’ dealers to support the national promotion. The scratch off promo element commences on 14/10/13 & concludes on 31/12/13 or, when game cards run out.
The original receipt or, a photo copy of this, providing proof of purchase of a Victa product must be retained by all entrants as this may be required as proof of a Victa product purchase following the selection of the winner.
