TERMS AND CONDITIONS – WIN WITH BIG4 PROMOTION
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is
deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents only and who must be over the age of 18 years.
Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, their agencies and companies
associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. The Promoter is BIG4 Holiday Parks (ABN 50 006 437 038) of Suite 2, Level 2, 313 Burwood
Road, Hawthorn, VIC, 3122.
4. Entries must be received between 6.00am Sunday 28th October 2018 and 11.59 PM
(AESDT) Saturday 15th December 2018.
5. To enter, entrants must either book a holiday on BIG4.com.au or sign up as a BIG4 Holiday
Parks subscriber between 6.00am Sunday 28th October 2018 and 11.59 PM (AESDT)
Saturday 15th December 2018. Entrants will automatically go in the draw to win.
6. One entry will be provided for each holiday booking made on BIG4.com.au and every unique
BIG4 Holiday Parks subscription during the campaign period Entrants can only enter once.
Incomprehensible and incomplete entries (as deemed by the Promoter) will be deemed
invalid.
7. To qualify for the draw, applicable persons must provide either a valid mobile phone number
or email address. Returned prizes or the inability to get in contact with the winner within three
months will see the prize transferred to the next runner up.
8. There will be ten major prize winners. Each winner will receive one x $1,000 (including GST)
BIG4 Holiday Parks Gift Voucher towards a BIG4 Holiday of their choice (Terms and
Conditions Apply). There will be 25 runner-up prize winners. Each winner will receive a two x
night accommodation voucher each valued at $400 (Terms and Conditions Apply).

9. The prize draw will take place on the 17th of December 2018 at 12 noon at The BIG4 National
Office 313 – 317 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, and the successful winner will be selected by
barrel draw and will be notified immediately via phone and email. The winner will be published
on BIG4.com.au.
10. If the winner is unable to be contacted within 3 months, a re-prize draw will be will take place
on the 19th of March 2019 at 12 noon at The BIG4 National Office 313 – 317 Burwood Road,
Hawthorn, and the successful winner will be selected by barrel draw and notified immediately
via phone and email. The winner will be published on BIG4.com.au on the 21st of March
2019.
11. All travel arrangements to redeem the prize must be made directly through the BIG4.com.au
National Support Office by email info@big4.com.au or calling 1300 738 044.
12. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to
use the prize as stated. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
13. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s
responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided
in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the competition result.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information
(email address) about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of
this information will be made without prior consent. Entrant must agree to BIG4.com.au

16. The Promoter and associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any
error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of
entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost or misdirected entries due to technical
disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. The Promoter and associated
agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or
destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of submissions, and reserves the right to
take any action that may be available.
18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter
reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the competition, subject to any direction given under State Regulation.
