Win a share of 10 million Velocity points! Velocity Frequent Flyer

WHO CAN ENTER?Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are aged 18 years or over and who hold an active and complete Velocity Frequent Flyer membership during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Entrants”).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating partners and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Members whose Velocity Frequent Flyer account is suspended, cancelled or otherwise terminated at any time during the Promotion Period or at the time of a prize draw will not be eligible to win a Prize.
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter the competition you must earn Velocity Frequent Flyer Points (Velocity Points) during the Promotion Period.
For each Point you earn during the Promotional Period you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw to win a Prize (“Eligible Entry”).
For the avoidance of doubt:
To be considered an Eligible Entry, Velocity Points must have an “activity date” that falls within the Promotional Period. Velocity Points that have an activity date outside of the Promotional Period) are not eligible for entry. For example, if a Velocity Frequent Flyer member books a flight with a Velocity Frequent Flyer airline partner during the Promotion Period for travel outside the Promotion period (i.e. in October 2016), the Velocity Points for this flight will not be an Eligible Entry, as the Points will not be earned until the flight has been flown. 
To be considered an Eligible Entry the Velocity Points must have an “activity date” that falls within the Promotion Period and be processed prior to 30 January 2016. Velocity Frequent Flyer accepts no responsibility for any delay or failure of Velocity Partners in the crediting or listing of Velocity Points by 30 January 2016.
An Eligible Entry corresponding to a Point that is credited or listed during the Promotion Period but is reversed, cancelled or otherwise deducted (other than by a valid redemption) prior to the draw will be deemed invalid and will not be an Eligible Entry.
Velocity Points received as part of Family Pooling, Family transfers or Velocity Points that are issued by Velocity Frequent Flyer as gesture of goodwill will not be an Eligible Entry.
Velocity Frequent Flyer reserves the right to cancel (without any liability) any Eligible Entry that is received as a result of Velocity Points being credited or listed incorrectly or in error (for whatever reason) or not, or Eligible Entries which are received from Velocity Points which are credited as a result of a breach of, the Velocity Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.
Points earned for flights, hotels, car hire etc. booked between 1 and 30 November 2015 but used outside the Promotion Period are not eligible for entry.
PRIZES:
There will be ten (10) winners drawn from all Eligible Entries received.
The first ten (10) winners drawn from Eligible Entries will each win 1,000,000 Velocity Points valued at $37,000 AUD (the Prize). Total prize pool is 10,000,000 Velocity Points valued at $370,000 AUD.
The Prize (or part thereof) is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
The Prize value is based on a sample of the Velocity Points options that could be obtained by redeeming the Prize through the Velocity Frequent Flyer program (as more fully defined in the terms and conditions of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program).  The estimated Prize Value is provided for the purposes of this Promotion only – the value of the Velocity Points will vary depending on how they are redeemed by the winner through the Velocity Frequent Flyer program.
The Prize will be automatically be loaded onto the winner’s Velocity Member’s Velocity Frequent Flyer Account by 16 March 2016.
The Prize and subsequent Velocity Points redemptions are subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions available at www.velocityfrequentflyer.com .
If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 
Any unused portion of the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
PRIZE:
The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEDST) on 1 November 2015 and closes at 11.59pm (AEDST) on 30 November 2015 ('Promotion Period').
