Win a Share of $10K Chemist Warehouse

Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to Australian permanent residents who are over 18 years of age. It is not open to employees of the Promoter, contractors, parties involved with the competition, or any immediate family members of these individuals.
When does the competition close?The competition entries can be made from 12:01 AM AEST on Thursday, January 30, 2025, until 11:59 PM AEST on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
How can one enter the competition?To enter, participants must purchase any Hamilton sunscreen or skincare product either in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse. Participants must then visit the Promoter's website at www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/competitions/hamiltonwin5k and submit their entry along with a valid purchase receipt number. Only one entry is allowed per day during the competition period, but multiple entries are accepted if each entry has a different valid purchase receipt number.
What prizes can be won?There are three prizes totaling $10,000, distributed as follows:
- First Prize: $5,000
- Second Prize: $3,000
- Third Prize: $2,000
The prizes will be transferred via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) by the Promoter.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool for the competition is $10,000, divided among three winners. The first winner will receive $5,000, the second winner will receive $3,000, and the third winner will receive $2,000.
How will the winners be selected?Winners will be randomly selected using a random number generator by the digital team at 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at the Promoter's address in Preston, VIC. Winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5:00 PM on the same day.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?If a prize is unclaimed within 30 days after the winners are determined, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the winner. If still unclaimed, a redraw will occur on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM AEDT, and the details of the new winner will be published on the Promoter's websites by 5:00 PM AEDT on the same day.
Will the winners' details be published?Yes, the last name, first initial, and postcode of the winners will be published on the Promoter's websites on Thursday, February 27, 2025, and will remain posted for at least 28 days.
Are there any conditions for prize redemption?Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and verification of eligibility. If a winner does not redeem the prize by the stipulated time, it may be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without compensation.
