Who can enter this competition?

The competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who meet the requirements stated in the Terms and Conditions.

When can eligible entrants enter the competition?

Eligible entrants can enter the competition during the specific monthly promotional periods, as indicated in the table below:
- 1st August to 11:59 PM on 31st August 2023
- 1st September to 11:59 PM on 30th September 2023
- 1st October to 11:59 PM on 31st October 2023
- 1st November to 11:59 PM on 30th November 2023
- 1st December to 11:59 PM on 31st December 2023

How can eligible entrants enter the competition?

Eligible entrants can enter the competition by following these steps:
- Cook the nominated recipe by Nigella, which is available on The Good Guys website.
- Post a picture of their cooking to The Good Guys competition post on Facebook with the hashtag #creategoodfood.
- Like The Good Guys Facebook page.
- Download the StoreCash Digital Wallet onto their smartphones (if not already done previously).
- Keep the Digital Wallet downloaded on their smartphone until the prize is drawn and issued for prize fulfillment purposes.

What is the prize that eligible entrants can win?

The prize for each monthly competition consists of a share of $1000 worth of The Good Guys StoreCash. The total prize pool for the entire competition is $5000 worth of StoreCash.

What is the total worth of the prize pool?

The total worth of the prize pool is $5000 worth of The Good Guys StoreCash.

How will the winners be selected?

The winners will be selected based on the best valid entries, judged by a panel at the Promoter's Premises, considering skill, creativity, and originality. The judging dates for each monthly competition are specified in the table above.

How will the winners be notified?

The winners will be notified by email, and their names will be published online at www.thegoodguys.com.au/winners for 90 days from the date of verification of the winners.

What information will be published about the winners?

The winners' names (initial and last name) and their winning images will be published on The Good Guys website and marketing materials.

What happens if a winner cannot be contacted or cannot claim the prize?

If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 30 days from the date of verification, or if the winner is unable to claim the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize, and it will be awarded to the next runner-up in the promotion.

When will the prizes be issued to the winners?

Prizes will be issued to the winners' The Good Guys StoreCash Digital Wallet within five (5) business days from the date of verification of the winners.

Are the prizes transferable or exchangeable for cash?

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
