When does the competition close?The competition starts on 01 July 2024 at 9:00 AM AEST and ends on 31 December 2024 at 11:55 PM AEDT. No entries will be accepted outside this timeframe.
How can one enter the competition?To enter, participants must purchase a specially marked Shin Ramyun or Nongshim pack from retailers such as Woolworths, Coles, or Asian supermarkets in Australia, or Countdown and select supermarkets, convenience stores, and Asian supermarkets in New Zealand. Each pack contains a scratch card with an alphanumeric code. Participants should scratch the card to reveal the code, visit the website www.shintowin.com.au, and input their code along with personal contact details. Additionally, entrants can complete a simple survey for an extra entry. Each scratch card contains one unique code, and there is no limit on the number of entries per person.
What are the prizes and their details?- First Prize: One winner will receive $10,000 AUD cash.
- Second Prizes: Five winners will each receive a MacBook valued at $1,999 AUD.
- Third Prizes: Ten winners will each receive a Nintendo Switch valued at $539 AUD.
- Fourth Prizes: Thirty winners will each receive an e-gift card worth $100 AUD.
- Fifth Prizes: One hundred winners will each receive a Nongshim goodie valued at $16.15 AUD.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool for the competition is valued at $30,000 AUD, including GST.
When will the winners be drawn?A random prize draw will take place on 17 January 2025 at 1:00 PM AEDT in Sydney, Australia, in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
How will winners be notified?Winners will be notified via email no later than 24 January 2025. The names and states of the winners will be published on the competition website on the same date.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?If any prizes remain unclaimed, a random unclaimed prize draw will occur on 17 April 2025 at 3:00 PM AEST, with notification of unclaimed prize winners also via email by 24 April 2025, and a public announcement on the website on the same date.
