Who can enter the LJ Hooker Spring Competition 2024?Entry is open only to Australian residents who are 18 years and over and own at least one residential property in Australia. Directors, officers, management members, employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter or any associated companies, as well as those involved in the conduct or management of the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?The competition closes at 11:59pm AEDT on November 30, 2024.
How can one enter the LJ Hooker Spring Competition 2024?To enter the competition, eligible entrants must:
1. Own at least one residential property in Australia.
2. Book and complete a property appraisal with an LJ Hooker Franchisee to enter the $15,000 draw for property appraisals.
3. List their property for sale with LJ Hooker to enter the $15,000 draw for property listings.
What are the prizes and the total prize pool amount?There are two prizes in the competition:
1. A $15,000 prize for property appraisals.
2. A $15,000 prize for property listings.
The total prize pool amount is $30,000. Each prize winner will receive their prize via electronic funds transfer.
Additional Details:- Prize Draw: The random electronic draw will take place at 1:00pm AEDT on December 13, 2024, at L29, 85 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified in writing via email within 2 business days of the prize draw. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
- Unclaimed Prize Draw: If a prize is unclaimed, a second draw will take place on January 13, 2025, at the same time and place.
- Publication of Winners: The winner's surname, initial of the first name, and postcode and/or State/Territory of residence will be published within 2 business days of the prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draw.
