Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Rebel Sport Limited A.C.N. 78 003 283 823 of IBC Business Estate, 29-33 Carter Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141 (the "Headquarters").
2. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. This is a game of skill. The one (1) winner who has entered the most creative response will be awarded the winner by a staff member of Rebel sport at the Headquarters
4. The winner will be selected on Monday November 27th, 2017 at 3pm.
5. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Participants may be any age and the guardian and/or parent of the child under 18 years old are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set out herein on behalf of the child and in their personal capacity as guardian or parent of the child. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
6. The Competition commences on Thursday 9th November, 2017 at 10.00am and closes at 5pm (AEST) on Thursday 23rd November, 2017 ("Promotional Period"). All entries must be received by the Promoter within the Promotional Period.
The Prize, Draw and Notifications
7. To be eligible for the Competition, participants must agree to be signed up as rebel active members and a complete entry entails entering all details into the following fields on the competition entry form provided:
- First name
- Last name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Address - Street number, name, suburb, state and postcode
The winner will be selected at the rebel Headquarters
8. The Prize is as per below:
- $500rrp Shopping spree at rebel Brisbane Mall, (previously Amart) Brisbane with Laura Geitz on Saturday December 9th, 2017 at 9:00am Brisbane local time.
- 1 night’s twin share accommodation in Brisbane on Friday the 8th of December, 2017.
9. Total Prize is worth approximately $700
10. All travel costs are borne by the winner. Including flights, taxis, parking etc.
11. Accommodation will be booked by rebel and based on Twin Share accommodation for one night only.
12. If participant cannot stay in the hotel on the Friday 8th December, the accommodation is forfeited and cannot be transferred to another date.
13. The winning entry will be decided at 3pm (AEDT) on Monday 27th November 2017 at the rebel Headquarters
14. The Promoter will notify the winner by telephone and confirmation email.
15. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 24 hours of first being notified or the winner’s entry is deemed invalid by the Promoter, the winner is deemed to have forfeited and abandoned the prize.
16. The Promoter will select another winner 24 hours after the first winner has been selected. The Promoter will notify the alternate winner by phone and email.
17. The prize is to be utilized on the morning of December 9th, 2017
18. The prize cannot be transferred to another date
19. If any prize is unavailable or otherwise unable to be supplied, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
20. The winner will be published on the website post event
General Conditions
21. Prize(s) cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
22. The Promoter is entitled to verify the validity of entries and the identity entrants/winner(s), and to disqualify any entrant/winner who submits an entry that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage is not a waiver of those rights.
23. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
24. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, death, loss and damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to any liability arising from any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; any variation of the prize value; any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or redemption or use of a prize.
25. If the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter is entitled to, the fullest extent permitted by law: disqualify any entrant; or subject to any direction from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition.
26. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties and if required, to the Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
27. By submitting an entry, entrants expressly consent to the Promoter using:
The entrant’s entry (either in part or in full), name, likeness, image and/or voice to be reproduced and/or published in any medium for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter’s business, and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter; and Their personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. 28. The Promoter will endeavour to provide the entrant with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications every time the Promoter contacts the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
29. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
