GENERAL:
1) Information on how to enter the Promotion, draw and winner notification forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants who participate in this promotion agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2) The Promotion commences at 8:00 am AEDST on 14th August 2016 and closes at 11.59 pm AEDST on 5th September 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
3) The Promoter is STANLEY BLACK & DECKER AUSTRALIA PTY LTD ABN 82 000 021 938, (“Promoter”) of Level 2 810 Whitehorse Road Box Hill VIC 3128 AUSTRALIA.
4) The Promotion is only open to:
a.) Australian residents aged 16 years and over.
b.) Are not employees of the Promoter, or any of their agencies associated with this Promotion
c.) Are not a spouse, parent child or sibling
d.) Have not been discovered to have breached these terms and conditions

7) Complete the application form including first name, last name, postcode / state and email address
8) Answer the question: State the one ingredient you can’t go without on a burger - The responses of this questions will be used in an online poll and does not play a role in determining who the winner of the competition will be.
9) Multiple entries are not permitted. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Email addresses can not be shared and must be unique.
10) Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
11) The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues.
12) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entry and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
DRAW & PRIZES:
13) The prize is a SIDCHROME Tool Box valued at RRP $199 (AUD) + GST
14) The total prize pool is RRP $199 (AUD) + GST 15)The promotion consists of 1 winning entry. 1 winner will be drawn from the database of all valid entries entered via the Sidchrome Facebook page during the promotional period.
16) Winners will be drawn on 7th September 2016 at 12.00pm by ManBrands (the Promoter Agency) at 17 Simmons Street,. South Yarra VIC 3141 17)The winners will be notified by email within five (5) working days of the judging date
18) If the Promoters Agent is unable to contact a winning entrant within the five (5) working days of the draw date, a re-draw will take place.
19) The winner(s) of the second round judgment will be notified by email within five (5) working days of the second judging date
20) The winners names will appear on the Sidchrome Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Sidchrome/
21) If for any reason any elements of the specified prizes are unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with a prize of the same or higher value and of similar specification.
22) Prizes are not transferable, saleable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent.
23) The prize will be shipped to the winners agreed address (Australian addresses only) within 45 days of validating the winner.
FACEBOOK PROVISIONS:
24) The Promoter acknowledges that that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated by Facebook.
MISCELLANOUS PROVISIONS:
25) This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
26) The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the Eligible Entrant and/or its authorised representative. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter
27) Entrant personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Competition. The PI of entrants will be provided to the Promoter’s staff, contractors and third parties assisting in the administration and fulfilment of the Competition, including prize suppliers and deliverers. If an entrant opts-in to receive information from the Promoter, the Promoter will use that entrant’s information for that purpose. Entrants may contact the Promoter’s Privacy Officer to request access to or correction of any of their collected PI that is still held by the Promoter at Level 2 810 Whitehorse Road Box Hill VIC 3128 AUSTRALIA. Entrants may also make any complaints to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the above address. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.
