Who can enter the promotion?

Entry is open to Australian residents only, and entrants can be of all ages. Participants must have purchased one (1) or more tickets to the XG 1st WORLD TOUR The first HOWL 2025 Australia Show Dates before the end of the Promotion Period.

When does the promotion close?

The promotion starts at 12:01 am (AEDT) on Saturday, February 1, 2025, and closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Sunday, February 9, 2025.

How can one enter the promotion?

Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
1. Press the “Enter Competition” button or link provided in the Promotion Email or on the Promotion Site.
2. Fill out the Entry Form with their full name, email address, purchased show date, and answer the question: "What XG song are you most excited to hear live and why?"
3. Submit the entry. Each valid submission will count as one entry into the promotion. Note that entrants may only enter once.

What are the prizes?

There are three (3) prizes available, each consisting of one (1) signed XG 1st WORLD TOUR The first HOWL poster. The value of each prize is considered money-can't-buy, as it is a unique signed item.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize value is money-can't-buy, indicating that the prizes are unique and cannot be purchased.

How will winners be notified?

Winners will be notified via email by 6:00 pm (AEDT) on Monday, February 10, 2025.

What is the prize claim date and time?

Winners must claim their prize by 6:00 pm (AEDT) on Thursday, February 13, 2025, by replying to the notification email or contacting competitions@frontiertouring.com. They must also provide their nominated Australian postal address and possibly proof of ticket purchase.

How will the prizes be delivered?

Prizes will be delivered to the winners' nominated Australian postal addresses.
