Win a Snowy Mountains Getaway for 2

1. The promoter is: Volcom Australia Pty Ltd (A.B.N. 64 144 819 143) whose registered office is at 42 Balgowlah Rd, Balgowlah, NSW, 2093.

2. Who is eligible to enter?

The Snowy Mountain Getaway Competition is open to individuals (Eligible Persons) who:
1. are citizens or permanent residents of Australia;
2. are not (and none of their immediate family or people they are living with are) employees, officers, directors or agents of Volcom Australia Pty Ltd. or any sponsor associated with the Competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. How to Enter
In order to enter the Competition, individuals (an Entrant) must take the following steps during the competition period (3 p.m Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Thursday 3rd June 2021 – 11:59 p.m AEST Thursday 24th June 2021):

1. The Entrant will need to enter their first and last name as well as their email address, gender, phone number, state of residence and date of birth.
2. The entrant must agree to have read the Terms & Conditions of entry, and agree to join the Volcom Australia, Thredbo Resort & Mowamba River Lodge database to receive electronic communication.
3. To complete their entry, the Entrant will need to click “Continue”. After completing their entry, the entrant will be taken to another tab where he/she can gain more entries by entering with Facebook, by entering with Instagram and by entering by creating an account on Volcom.com.au.
4. The entrant can also gain extra entries by sharing the competition with their friends via Email, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn. Each time the Entrant shares the competition and a friend enters using the Entrant’s shared link, they will receive an additional entry into the competition.
5. Winner will be drawn through a random GLEAM email generator on Friday 25th June 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Winner will be contacted via email.
6. Results will be published on our social account - @Volcom_oznz Instagram on Friday 25th June 2021.
7. The selected prize winner will receive a prize which consists of the following: Three (3) nights at the Mowamba Lodge Tiny House, Two (2) 2 day Thredbo Lift Passes, Two (2) Outerwear Kits, Two (2) Volcom x Nitro Snowboards. Please note, the dates this stay are available are the 16th-18th July 2021 and the grand prize winners will not have a selection to choose different dates. The total ARV (approximate retail value) in AUD dollars of all prizes awarded in this sweepstakes is $4,800.00. Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value.
