Win a Spa

1. The competition prize is a 4 person Tiritiri spa valued at AUD $10,990 including GST. The spa will come prewired with a standard 10amp plug with ELCB protection that can be plugged into a household power point. HOT SPRING SPA AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD accepts no liability for costs associated with additional wiring required for install. Delivery of prize will be at kerbside in the state of Victoria, Australia.
2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
3. Entry is restricted to Victoria, Australia residents, 18 years of age or older. To be eligible to enter the competition all participants must enter via form via this page http://info.hotspring.com.au/spa-giveaway.
4. To enter the competition, participants must submit a valid first name, last name, email address, telephone, region and choose what's important to them when considering spa pool ownership. To receive a duplicate entry, competition contestants can share the original spa giveaway post on their Facebook page.
5. HOT SPRING SPA AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose personal information collected by our website to third parties. If entrants do not wish to receive promotional or marketing information related to Hot Spring Spas, they are to unsubscribe from Hot Spring Spas mailing list.
6. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully, unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of HOT SPRING SPA AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
7. Entry is limited to one email address at a time. A duplicate entry may be granted to competition entrants who share the original Hot Spring Spas Australia Facebook post received via their competition confirmation email. Staff, their immediate families and agents of HOT SPRING SPA AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD and any related companies are not eligible to enter the competition.
8. The competition will close at 11:59pm on Tuesday, 30 November 2021 and one winner will be drawn at random via a unique number generator.
9. The winner will be notified by email or telephone. If three reasonable attempts to contact a winner have been made and that winner is still unavailable, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. The competition prize winner will be published on the HOT SPRING SPAS AUSTRALIA Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/HotSpringSpasAustralia and elsewhere at the discretion of HOT SPRING SPA AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD.
10. The promoter is HOT SPRING SPA AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash under any circumstances. If for any reason the prize becomes unavailable, the promoter may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice. The promoters may change, extend, amend or cancel the competition and its terms at any time at their sole discretion.
11. The information that you provide to enter this competition will be held by HOT SPRING SPA AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD and will be used for the purposes of administering the competition. You have the right to access request correction of this information via contacting info@hotspring.com.au.
12. The competition promoters shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the competition, the taking or using of a prize, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoters or any of their associated agencies, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. By claiming a prize, the winner consents to HOT SPRING SPA AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD making use of their name(s) and/or photograph(s) for publicity purposes as determined by the Promoter.
14. The promoters assume no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem or any kind of internet malfunction. Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt of transmission into the website database, not the time of transmission by the entrant.
15. All entries become the property of HOT SPRING SPA AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD.
16. Incomprehensible or incomplete entries and any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid.
17. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the promoters do not warrant the quality of those goods and/or services or the suitability for your circumstances.
18. The promoter’s decisions on all matters regarding the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. The 4 person Tiritiri spa is to be delivered within 28 days of the prize being drawn.
