1. Promotion commences 12 May 2014 at 9am AEST. Entries Close 31 July 2014 at 11.59pm AEST. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
2. Entrant must enter only valid friend’s email addresses for them to be considered as an extra chance to win. This is confirmed upon friend’s registration from invitation email. Non-valid friends email addresses are not considered as an extra chance to win.
3. Winner will be announced 8 August 2014 via Spencer & Rutherford Facebook page and newsletter, and notified via email.
4. Total prize value is $2170. Prize includes a Spencer & Rutherford Luggage Trolley Set of 3 (comprising Large, Medium and Small Trolley Cases); a Spencer & Rutherford Luggage Bootbag Carry All; a Spencer & Rutherford Limited Edition Demelza leather handbag; a Spencer & Rutherford Nina handbag; a Spencer & Rutherford Tinkerbell Wallet; and a Doll long pendant necklace.
5. Prize will be delivered to winner by Australia Post eParcel standard delivery.
6. Spencer & Rutherford reserves the right to change actual prize content based on availability to alternative items of same or greater value.
7. Four additional prizes of a $250 Gift Voucher (each) will be drawn at 2 weekly intervals. Winners will be drawn from valid pool of entrants who have entered during the previous 2 weeks to that draw. Prizes will be drawn 29/5/14,16/6/14, 3/7/14, 21/7/14. Winners will be announced in company email marketing newsletter following draw and on Social Media. Winners will be sent their Gift Voucher by email within 7 days of draw.
8. Spencer & Rutherford reserves the right to change the rules of the competition at any time.
9. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded.
11. By entering this competition you are automatically agreeing to sign up for our newsletters, including invitations and special offers.
12. Spencer & Rutherford reserves the right to request and use photograph of winning entrant receiving their prize.
13. Spencer & Rutherford reserves the right to announce name of winning entrant on social media and company email marketing.
14. Judges decision is final and without correspondence.
15. Judges reserve the right to draw additional valid reserve entries and record them in order, in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn and the judges elect to draw upon such reserve entries.
16. Prize must be claimed within 14 days. If winner cannot be contacted, prize winner will be drawn from additional valid reserve entries.
