Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes available form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion/contest, entrants fully, unconditionally and irrevocably: (a) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Promoter’s interpretations of these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of the Promoter which are final and binding with regard to all matters relating to this promotion/contest; (b) release and hold harmless each of the Promoter and associated agencies associated with this promotion against any and all claims, injury, cost damage or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and disbursements) arising out of or relating to such entrant’s participation in this promotion/contest; and/or (c) use or misuse or redemption any and/or all prizes distributed pursuant to this promotion/contest; and (d) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years or older who enter between the specified dates between 12/04/17 and 12:00 PM AEST on 15/02/18 and who visit the competition page at www.jacklinks.com.au.
To be eligible, an entrant must enter the required fields as listed on the competition page at www.jacklinks.com.au, entering first name, last name, DOB, post code, gender, state, email and answer a minimum of two questions for each nominated draw period listed in (clause 8 of these terms and conditions)
A valid entry can be made when an entrant enters at www.jacklinks.com.au and enters their full name (first and last), email and State to enter. All entrants will need to agree to the terms and conditions and tick that they are 18 years of age or older. Optional newsletter sign up.

The promotion commences on 12/04/17 and closes 12:00 PM AEST on 15/02/18
Prize winners will be determined by 4 separate draws. Each prize draw period closes at 5,00PM AEST on the dates specified in clause (8). The random draws will take place at 2:00 PM AEST as per the dates listed in clause (8). The draws will take place in the presence of an independent witness by random draw at Merchantwise Pty Ltd First Floor, 266-268 Chapel Street, Prahran (via Princes Close), Victoria, 3181 Phone 03 9520 1000
Entry period (1) is between 12/04/17 – 24/05/17 – Prize drawn on the 24/05/17Entry period (2) is between 12/07/17 – 23/08/17 – Prize drawn on the 23/08/17 Entry Period (3) is between 18/10/17 – 22/11/17 – Prize drawn on the 22/11/17 Entry Period (4) is between 10/01/18 – 15/02/18 - Prize drawn on the 15/02/18 Final Prize draw will include all entries from 12/04/17 and 15/02/18 (competition period) with final major prizes draw on the 15/02/18
The Promoter will notify each winner in writing, on the same day of each draw date, as listed in clause seven (8) and any winner names will be published on www.jacklinks.com.au for a period not less than 28 days, from relevant draw dates.
Subject to any written direction by State or Territory regulators, should any prize remain unclaimed an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries will take place on 15/05/18, in the presence of an independent witness, from all remaining entries at 8:00 am at Merchantwise Pty Ltd First Floor, 266-268 Chapel Street, Prahran (via Princes Close), Victoria, 3181, Australia. The Promoter will notify any winner by mail within two days of any draw and publish winner’s name on 15/05/18 at https://www.facebook.com/jacklinksbeefjerkyau for a period not less than 28 days

All entrants to previous draws will be entered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify validity of entries or disqualify any entrant for tampering with entry or submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any entry contact details entered incorrectly will be invalid.
Promoter reserves the right, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Entry will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Neither the Promoter nor any of the promoter’s agencies are liable for incomplete/damaged/misdirected entries. The Promoter’s decision is final.
The Promoter and or its agencies are not liable for any loss/damage/personal injury, suffered/sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Before the prize is awarded, any winner may be required to sign a release and indemnity agreement, the terms of which will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Failure to sign the release and indemnity agreement may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize, or any element of it, as stated. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes in whole or in part for something of equal or greater value in the event that any component of the prize is unavailable (subject to any applicable legislation).
The prize and or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or product.
The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact an entrant selected as a winner, but accepts no responsibility if an entrant cannot be contacted. The prize will be delivered to the address nominated by each winner when contacted by the promoter.
The Promoter has no responsibility or liability for any incorrect/inaccurate information associated with the competition, or for technical error/any combination thereof that may occur including but not limited to any omission/interruption/deletion/defect/delay in operation/transmission/communications/ network or any technical problem/ any failure/theft/destruction of entries or any injury/damage to entrant’s or any other person’s related to resulting from participation in this competition.
The Promoter will collect each entrant’s personal information to conduct the promotion. If the entrant does not provide the requested information, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering, unless otherwise advised by entrant, each entrant consents to information with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media and promotional material for future promotional purposes without any reference/payment/compensation to the entrant. Once promotion is finished if you wish to change or update your details please contact the promoter.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein: (i) this promotion/contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook; and (ii) all information disclosed by entrant(s) is being disclosed to Promoter and not to Facebook.
