WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences on 07/05/2016 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 10/06/2016 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must visit https://www.peregrineadventures.com/Antarctic-giveaway, input the requested details (including their full name and a valid email address), tick the checkbox to confirm that they are an Australian resident, select to subscribe to Peregrine Adventures (if they wish) and submit the fully completed entry form so that it is received during the Promotional Period. For the sake of clarity, it is not a condition of entry that an entrant must subscribe to Peregrine Adventures.
Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win a trip for two (2) adults (aged 18 years or over) on an Antarctic adventure valued at up to AU$38,600 depending on point of departure with flights departing Australia on approximately 18/02/2017 to ensure they are available to depart from Ushuaia, Argentina on 20/02/2017 and returning from Ushuaia, Argentina on 02/03/2017.  Prize includes:
•    Two (2) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Ushuaia, Argentina;
•    One (1) nights twin share at a minimum 3* accommodation in Ushuaia, Argentina;
•    A nine (9) night voyage on board the Ocean Diamond on the Antarctic Explorer tour (on an expedition cruise ship, Zodiac) for two (2) people which includes nine (9) nights accommodation in a twin window cabin;
•    Meals: 10 x breakfasts, 8 x lunches, 9 x dinners and snacks (with exact meal menus and snacks to be determined by the Promoter);
•    Leadership throughout the voyage by an experienced Expedition Leader;
•    All Zodiac transfers and cruising (according to the daily program);
•    Formal and informal presentations by the Expedition Team and special guests (as scheduled);
•    Downloadable photographic journal documenting the expedition;
•    Waterproof expedition boots on loan for shore landings;
•    A waterproof expedition parka to keep (with exact size to be determined by the Promoter);
•    Selected beverages such as coffee, tea and cocoa available throughout the trip (exact beverages to be determined by the Promoter);
•    Comprehensive pre-departure information pack;
•    All miscellaneous service taxes and port charges throughout the trip;
•    Emergency evacuation insurance to a maximum benefit of US$100,000 per person;
•    Group transfers to and from ship on embarkation day;
•    Group transfer from the ship to the airport on disembarkation day; and
•    Group transfer from the airport to pre voyage hotel on ‘Day 1’ of the trip.
Spending money, additional meals, alcohol, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, optional adventure activities aboard the ship, transport to and from departure point (i.e. airport in Australia), additional transfers, items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken on 18/02/2017 - 02/03/2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability. The winner and his/her companion are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. The winner and his/her companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
