WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to persons who meet all the following criteri1. Western Australian resident;2. aged 16 years and over;3. entrants under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent to enter and the parent/guardian must have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may request the parents/guardian to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent, and the parent/guardian must comply with such request;4. capable of accepting ownership & registration of a motor vehicle in his or her name in accordance with the applicable legislation in the Australian State or Territory in which the Prize is collected; and5.  is willing, ready and able to complete all entry requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunty, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin, whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion starts at 12.00am (AEST) on 5 August 2015 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 5 October 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, eligible entrants must complete the following within the Promotional Period.
1.  Enter the required information on the online form on City Subaru’s website http://www.citysubaru.com.au/subaru-in-the-city/ including the entrant’s First Name, Last Name, Email Address and their Mobile Telephone Number.
2.  Like the City Subaru Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/citysubaru  (if not previously liked);
3  Agree to drive Subaru vehicle won in the draw, uploading pictures to City Subaru’s Social Media Hubs as requested by City Subaru for up to a period of one month.
4.   Agree to all terms and conditions which can be viewed on City Subaru’s website www.citysubaru.com.au
PRIZE:
List of prizes One (1) New Subaru Vehicle chosen at City Subaru’s discretion. The prize includes the first 6 months Western Australian registration, on road costs including, stamp duty and dealer delivery costs. Vehicle model is subject to model availability, and though City Subaru will consider the winner’s preference, City Subaru reserves the final decision on the vehicle model provided to the winner.Colour of the vehicle is subject to availability of colours, and may include a metallic paint finish if this option is available and the winner expresses a preference for a metallic paint finish.All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the winner. The Prize excludes comprehensive insurance, operational costs, fuel, personal costs and any other ancillary or incidental costs related to the Prize or anything else not specifically mentioned, which is the responsibility of the winner.Delivery or collection of the prize vehicle (as applicable) is subject to availability of the vehicle, but is anticipated to be within 12 weeks of the date the winner chooses their preferred model.If the Prize winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, is unable to register the motor vehicle prize in his or her name then they may assign the motor vehicle prize to another person with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the Prize winner and an assignee.The Prize will be made available for the winner to collect from City Subaru 137-165 Albany Hwy. All costs associated with travel to and from City Subaru travels is at the winner’s own cost.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any mechanical, body or paint repairs or repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the Prize after the date and time of prize collection by a winner. Any vehicles depicted in any promotional material are not necessarily the same model, colour or grade as the Prize vehicle, and are for illustration purposes only.
